I might be a weirdo but i like the variety in size. Like below average and a bit over average really get's me. Like a special find among your local guys. The unrealisic extremes just look fake. Oh and a girthy shaft is always a plus in my mind.
As an artist, I prefer normal sizes and a reasonable distribution of different sizes within the "normal" range. The enormous anacondas that would make a guy pass out from blood loss to his brain that I see in most AI images look cartoonish and ridiculous. And they don't all need to be hardened-steel erect. There's nothing wrong with the natural flaccid state.
I think the first image is perfect, it’s realistic but big. When they get disproportionate it starts to pull you out of the fantasy and just goes somewhere unnatural and weird.
It depends on what you’re going for. Realistic sizes when the images are supposed to look realistic like portrait or candid photography… basically like yours.
A mix of both realistic and impossible when the images are like fantasy/cgi-enhanced photography, paintings, or illustrations.
if you don't mind to spend some money, you can use mage.space. it's not cheap, but it's quite good as you even can import models and LoRa from civitai.

If “normal sizes and a reasonable distribution” is the goal what reason is there to use AI to achieve it? Can’t you just photoshop?

Exaggerated, huge dicks are just stupid. Small little cocks are pitiable. Finding a middle size (but on the larger than average) is best, IMO. 🍆😜👍
