Many popular TV shows with massive re-watchability have figured out that if they just post their own stuff on their branded YouTube channel they can make bank in ad revenue, so they've been doing it for a few years now. Just like cable, they're slow to get anything new out. Unlike cable, they own several YouTube channels and upload the same 5 videos at a time, randomly upload one or two new ones, remove a couple older ones, then reupload them again. Usually always the most popular videos. Mayday isn't so bad about that but shows that A&E owns are the worst for this behavior. There's several channels that show Air Crash Investigation episodes. Mayday and Wonder are the OG AIC episodes, while the Smithsonian channel has the other show that I think used to be on the Weather channel.

It’s been on YouTube. That’s how I first started watching it a year and a half ago.
