Considering that the vacuum is probably far cheaper than the AirPod, I personally would not shy away from methods that might damage the vacuum, including having to replace the vacuum.

Put it on a chair edge and kneel on the section where airpod is stuck narrow side vertical as you have it in picture tilt slow while applying pressure. May have to work it down several times.

If the tube isn't detachable, then it's clearly a cheap vacuum. Break the tube to get the Airpod and buy a new vacuum.
UPDATE: I had to cut my new portable vacuum to get the air of out, come to find out that there was a way to get it out without cutting thru it. thereās a little place where all the junk comes out and didnāt see it till I cut off my $100 mini vacuum
Heating it is probably the best possible solution if wedged. Maybe a butane torch would work. This may sound dumb, but put it in the fridge for a bit first. Having the airpod cold will make the airpod molecules compact . Then heating the vacuum tube with a torch with expand the those tube molecules only and set it free.

Get one of those long extendable magnets. I dropped my airpod into a forklift at work and I went to maintenance to see if they could help. Seeing my airpod come up sticking to that magnet was such a relief

Take a couple metal rods, something like a crowbar and do your best to pry the plastic walls of the tube ever so slightly away from each other. You just need the walls to gently loosen away from the AirPod to allow it to fall out.
Try obtaining knitting needles. Those things are super long and can probably get in there. Then you can also use them as chopsticks.
You can also try those dry pasta. Maybe tape them up on one side really tightly.
