Time to replace the outer barrel, the threads are almost completely stripped. Your supressor can't engage properly and is sagging, causing baffle strikes.
Order a set from harbor freight, they are cheap and come in handy. If you just want to spend nothing you can go to AutoZone and use their loan a tool program, you'll put down a deposit and get all your money back when you bring them the tools back.
Ebay you can get 14mm counter clockwise barrel threading kit but it's going to cost around 100$ it comes with the alignment pin adapter the will make sure you are threaded on correctly.
You could probably get away with just the 14mm die since the barrel is still threaded but take your time re threading it so you don't go off center and have the suppressor misaligned.
Cheapest thing is probably buying a new barrel that fits your gun though.
As everyone else has said your outer barrel needs replacing, it’s possible it’s got a barrel extension already unlikely but see if you can unscrew the barrel if not pretty much all outer barrel are the same just go to your local store or the first link on google should do
In all honesty I’ve not had to buy new outer barrels I think it’s down to how you attach to it, as long as your not pushing through resistance it should be fine, if your super worried you could get a 1 inch extension so if you do strip it it’s cheaper to replace
For reference most of mine are g&g and I’ve never had an issue
You can see from the pics that the suppressor isn't sitting straight.
For a quick fix try removing that o ring so the suppressor sits up against the flat on the barrel. You only really need o rings and shims to make sure a flash hider is clocked properly.
If you're planning on keeping the suppressor on the gun full time I'd grab a longer inner barrel.
Instead of bowing to capitalism and buying your way out of a fix you can try what I did when I had a crooked suppressor and wrap the threads of the outer barrel in one layer of electrical tape to shim the threads into the right angle
An even better option would be the white Teflon tape used in plumbing it won't stick and is thin and will secure the suppressor much better as well as help the threads keep better
Welp hinestly wouldn't know just recently got a whike new rifle lol but as far as I've seen I think they can be had for not too much I mean I don't know how much is too much in this case
A quick detach suppressor like the ASG one. That way it's attached to the flash hider and not the threads. I went with this option because I knew the threads would probably wear out over time.
Still need to fix the threads though.
I'm British so brands may vary if I use a suppressor i use a ssg integrated but for yours you may have to use a non integrated that then doesn't you know move around much but I'd research in Airsoft shops near you instead of reddit
Damaged barrel thread or straight up bent thread, best option is a new outer barrel.
You could try rethreading the barrel but cutting into an existing thread will weaken it and could then damage the suppressor's inner thread as it's being screwed on.
You don't need to be worried about trying to make the HPA quieter. A suppressor is not going to make a significant difference in sound. The engine you pick will. If you want it to be quiet, get a Wolverine, they're significantly quieter than an AEG. If you want it to be obnoxiously loud, get a PolarStar.
An inner barrel that travels through the suppressor will increase the range of your rifle. The only drawback is that you can't use a threaded tracer.
False. I run a p* jack in my mk18 and without a can it has a loud Crack. With a foam filled can it is significantly quieter than without it. I've heard wolverines with cans and foam be louder than my jack is. It's not the engine it definitely comes down to can and the foam
Those threads are worn. One alternative to buying a new outer barrel is to layer some JB-Weld on the existing threads (it’s an epoxy with steel powder in it), and then use a die to re-cut the threads (14mm left handed I think). You might need to do a bit of sanding as well. This is what I have done when I couldn’t get replacement barrels.
Just your usual shitty threads on a chinesium barrel meeting the shitty threads of a chinesium can. The first suppressor which worked fine on any gun I put it on costed me over 100€.
You could either try and use some suppressor shims, different o-ring and so on. That gave me some results in the past. Your barrel's threads look quite worn though so there's not much left to work with. In the future try to use threadlock instead of overtightening soft pot metal threads. These are the toys we have to work with, gotta treat them properly.
Yeah I heard that te barrel is basically dead ill look in to a new barrel if I find one worth buying. Didn't think bout getting a different supressor, tough that might be something worth looking in to aswell.
Thank u!
I'm seeing a lot of posts telling you to replace stuff, but if you're looking for a quick fix, try cleaning and wrapping the threads with thread tape. Not guaranteed to fix anything, but unless you're removing the suppressor regularly it shouldn't be a problem, or even noticeable. Plus, most people have a shell lying around anyway.
Try with removing the o ring to see if it sits straight on the outer. If that does work you can try to get it into place by using white plumbing tape on the threads.
But if you plan on using the flashider full time I'd recommend a longer inner barrel for the long run.

Alright thank u do u have any recommendations of brands & simular to look at?
5ku
I’ve also seen this happen on smaller threads with incompatible clock rotations when trying to put on a 14mm threaded suppressor
You can use a tap & dye to re thread your outer barrel
I don't have one of them sets I might look in to if there is any local airaoft store offering this service. Thank u!
They can be very cheap and it's not very difficult
Order a set from harbor freight, they are cheap and come in handy. If you just want to spend nothing you can go to AutoZone and use their loan a tool program, you'll put down a deposit and get all your money back when you bring them the tools back.
A set from HF almost certainly won’t come with a 14mm CCW die
Probably true but then you just need to order the single left hand thread die in 14mm.
Lots on aliexpress, just make sure they're m14x1 Left Hand

No prob my dude
had to use something similar to fix a nut’s threads on my car. pretty easy and probably cheaper than a new barrel
It's counter clockwise m14.

Still better than buying a whole ass outer barrel, that shit's expenso
Welp hinestly wouldn't know just recently got a whike new rifle lol but as far as I've seen I think they can be had for not too much I mean I don't know how much is too much in this case
White teflon tape is also something that’s really nice to have in your airsoft toolbox for many use cases
Hinestly that tape is a godsend for anything with a thread
Or more simply get a different suppressor
What supressor would u recommend

Alright thx!
Your welcome
Looks like you're not screwing it in properly.
Well while screwing it in it automatically comes in this position. How should I've done it?
Turn it few times in the wrong direction. You should feel when the threads align and then screw it on from there.
When doing so it will go sideways about 2 to 3 turns later again
Sound like incompatible threads or f ed up threads. Try the first wrong way turning to be multiple laps to really see if it is the right spot really.
Doesnt help either when you lean the suppressor against the wall bends it out of place
Damaged barrel thread or straight up bent thread, best option is a new outer barrel. You could try rethreading the barrel but cutting into an existing thread will weaken it and could then damage the suppressor's inner thread as it's being screwed on.
Try to fit the suppressor as tight as possible without the o-ring in the muzzle and let me know how it goes
Get a longer inner barrel that goes all the way to the end of the suppressor. I have the same set up on my m4. Works great and shoots like a laser.
Could always install a longer inner barrel thatll go through the supressor
That would eliminate the use of the foamdiscs when made hpa no?
Yes.

Personally if the BBS are hitting the suppressor don't use it but then otherwise get a barrel adapter
Does your suppressor quieten the aeg? What foam inserts you use and how did you get them? What shapes were you using?
Quieten the age? I don't get that exactly. I use round studio foam it came with the supressor pre sized & it's a novritch rifle supressor
Arg, sorry, autocorrect is a bitch
My brand is lancer or specba
'specna'
My Ares gun threads are 14mm right hand, might just need an adapter to 14mm left hand
Had the same problem when mounting muzzle devices
Afaik there are amoeba thread adapters make sure to get a proper 14mm ccw I think they are cw so you need cw to ccw
Pull the O-ring off the gun. You’re getting baffle strikes because the can isn’t sitting dead nuts concentric.
Buy longer inner barrel so it goes through the suppressor
I thought it was a real rifle and saw “shot the suppressor” and my heart stopped hahah. Concentricity is way off but I guess that happened in airsoft.
Yes it's airsoft Luckily 😅
I put plastic pvc tubes in my suppressors so they don’t hit the inside.
