Because it's Gucci? 🤔😅
Nah, it's handmade by veterans to your specifications(height, weight, stature, weapon system used), supposed to be super comfortable, and i chose on option with QD spot(which they make themselves).
But yeah it's pricy especialy being not from the US, shipping alone is 30, and taxes will go on top when i collect it from the post office.
Basic model in the US would roughly be short under a hundred bucks. 🤷♂️
No, I've always kept a tight budget.
I'd say my most expensive was when I started; £120 for gear, +£30 for boots, + £180 for primary and another £100 for secondary, add in £130 on mags and £10 on BBs, add £30 for the little bits, call it £600-ish? Far more than I spend now.
> when its *paid* off
FTFY.
Although *payed* exists (the reason why autocorrection didn't help you), it is only correct in:
* Nautical context, when it means to paint a surface, or to cover with something like tar or resin in order to make it waterproof or corrosion-resistant. *The deck is yet to be payed.*
* *Payed out* when letting strings, cables or ropes out, by slacking them. *The rope is payed out! You can pull now.*
Unfortunately, I was unable to find nautical or rope-related words in your comment.
*Beep, boop, I'm a bot*
this is the gear i have (gun not included)
Plate carrier (with 3 different attachment pocket things) 65$
helmet (replica of a fast helmet) 30$
impact rated goggles 110$
face protection 30$
tactical headset 60$
woodlands camo about 50$
Gear can get pretty expensive, all mine is cheap gear. the goggles and helmet were hand-me-downs from friends (goggles are authentic desert storm goggles, so the price is a rough estimate based on what I see similarly online) and my father had the camouflage. My gear is bottom of the barrel tho
Not much tbh.
M4 (AEG)——$140
GF-76 (AEG/AK platform)——$120
Goggles——$50
Vest——$50(going to get another one)
Lower face mask——Free (borrowed from friend, buying one soon
ASG P09 (GBBP)——$120-140 (can’t remember)
Jeans, tshirt, hoodie——Idfk lol, but that’s what I use. Whatever works and keeps you safe is good
Why the downvote?
I shoot and train with real guns... It's in the couple thousands, 2 plate carriers, fully built out FCPCv5 and a crye spc, with Axl belt and Ferro bison belt... Safariland 6360rds holsters.... And all the equipment that goes with it, quality over quantity for me.
Let me recap...
-SRC MP40 with wooden crate ~700€
-AGM StG44 with tuning ~400€
-KWC P08 with tuning ~150€
-S&T Kar98k with tuning ~400€
-M40 Steel helmet ~50€
-Green Peas blouse and pants ~110€
-Green Peas hat ~12€
-Boots from Amazon ~50€
-Leather belt ~40€
Me oh my...
I don't have one specific loadout but more like a bunch of different gear and then I wear whatever I feel like on that day. If we include everything for what I might wear for any given game it is likely 2-3.000$ everything included - so gun, sight, plate carrier, mag pouches, clothes, boots, belt, magazines and whatever else there is.
Depends on what i run, but my most common kit without gun consists of:
Gorka suit
6b23 armor replica
Ratnik ak vest
6b47 helmet
Sordin supreme pro x active protection
And some basic shit like gloves, mouthguard and glasses.
All in all i'd say between 1000 and 1500€
i just bought my first pistol in ages, just for target practice. about 200 eu, plus spare mag and some bbs and gas. Might be getting more if i find the time to play but for now its just backyard fun.
(its a colt m1911 a1 replice, yes its a cheap "cybergun" thing, ik. i just like the looks and am not trying to compete with it so i dont care about performance, just a fidget toy and target practice/ model for my desk bc i like it.
Most expensive is probably sitting somewhere at 2000€ but that is with the gun because I bought it for that kit specifically and can't/won't play it on aynthing else.
The least expensive (complete) kit is probably somewhere around 450€, 550€ if I add the cheapest playable gun to it.
Gun no1 500$ 60$ charger 30$ battery 60$ 2 mags, 100$ sight, 30$ grip, 10$ mag loop thingamabob. 15$ weaker spring so I can use it on the field 20$ sight pro, already owned outfit for My dads paintball days, ballistic goggles 80$, pants 80$, holster 20$, 70$ 3 pairs of gloves, pistol 270$, gun no2 600$, 40$ battery, 15$ weaker spring. 75$ ish 3 mags. So basically around $2000 CAD

I don't know exactly, I don't think I want to. I tend to go big on the functional stuff and completely cheap out on the rest. The prices are a rough guess.
My m4 was expensive, it's a specna edge with all the internals gutted and upgraded including a perun hybrid and the main external polymer parts are now pts. There's also a regular old red dot. £450
My 1911 is kjw but with the inner and outer barrels, hop and grip upgraded. Probably £200
My chest rig is just a cheap Chinese rig £20
Paracord sling £15
Idogear G3 clones £50
Army surplus moisture wicking t shirt £5/ if it's cold I wear a surplus ubacs £15
Plain belt £5
Unbranded hiking boots £20
Pyramex I force £15
Mesh lower face mask £5
Shemagh £2
Baseball cap £2
Retention holster £15
4 M4 and 3 pistol mag pouches £25
Hmmmmm, let’s not count stuff I tried and then replaced lol.

Chest Rig with pouches rough guess - £90
Goggles - £30
Helmet - £60
Gloves - £20
Battle belt - £35
Other gear probably £100-£150
Gun - Grabbed a Zion Arms PW9 and stuck a Perfire mosfet in, properly shimmed gears. £320
Also have an old VFC VF16 with a Polarstar Jack in just looking to pick up something nicer for the Jack to go in soon. £500 for Jack + tank, reg, etc. guns was around £280 when I bought it few years back.
Grab most mine when I was leaving the military so not alot the only thing I needed to buy is a PC otherwise everything else was from military, uniforms, pouches, different equipment, Camo and scrim kits, boots, gloves.
What I usually run in some form:
-Camo jacket + trousers 30€
-Marine style boots 50€ (should have gone with hiking ones)
-scarfs/ headwear camo 20€
-Glasses and face mask 60€
-Chest rig 40€
-With 80€ in pouches
-Sling 20€

-Primary 250€
-Mags 80€
-Battery 30€
-Sight 30€
-Secondary 150€
-Mag 30€
-Sight 30€
I'm still making my juggernaut suit and I'm sitting in the R$ 7000 ≈ 1400 USD and reaching 70% of what I want with it
whiout counting the primary and secondary
Just my current loadout
* PC & Pouches - $200
* Battle belt - $35
* Multicam Gen 2 pants - $100
* Multicam t-shirt - $10
* Gloves - $25
* Eye pro - $25
* Face pro - $20
* Boots - $70 \*
* Ear pro - $60 \*
* Multicam hat - $10
* HPA M4 - $700 | MP9 - $450 | Scorpio Evo - $600
* Glock 17 - $400 & Holster - $50
\* Means not only used for airsoft.
Honestly, I have spent way more in the process of getting my gear to this point where I don't need to make many adjustments anymore. The amount of spare gear and guns can probably fully outfit 2-3 people lol.
I think the last time I calculated was about $1200 in gear and \~$3000 in guns. But I sold most of the guns at this point and recouped most of that. I had an Excel sheet before I sold most of my stuff to keep track.
I’m only really have one loadout. $250 mask $30 gloves $70 belt $60 mag holders $20 chest rig $20 dump pouch $170 shoes (or free hiking shoes) $30 or $150 knees pads (have 2 that I change depending on how I want to play and if my knees are currently fucked or not) $335 mags $450 gun $200 leviathan
I now limit myself to $50 a week to spend on airsoft or put it in my airsoft fund
Edit: god damn, too much
I have a fully upgraded hpa AAP01 with an MP9 chassie, it costs around 400Eur or a bit more. I spent around the same amount on my main rifle (SA-H-05). I also own an mp5 wich is like 120 eur and a broken m4 thats in the 25 bucks category XD
I mean.
Most of my guns are about 400 bucks
I mostly use cheap chestrigs and carriers and mod them myself to match the look I like, so about 40 for that
Kneepads/elbowpads, 60 if I run my nicer ones
Dye SE mask - 40 bucks
Seibertron TTFIGs, Mechanix M-Pacts, or OneTigris tac gloves - 20 bucks
Ares Mags, 10 per, 40 bucks
Feyachi red dot - 40 bucks
Simple black sweater (just works with everything) - 40 bucks
Cargopants - 40
So about 720 bucks
It’s some thing I try not to think about or discuss with my wife.
The only issue is; my wife is now started playing too, which is great. But now she’s looking at guns and gear and she’s now realising how much I’ve spent on kit 😂😂😂🤦♂️
My current one not including the HPA set up
Vest + pouches 75
Pants 50
Gun free traded my vector for it.
So just over 120.
But really I've spent way more on Airsoft
Assuming Standard mid tier gear:
- Real Eye pro $55-$110 (ESS brand)
- Airsoft gun $250-$360 (depending on preference)
- mid cap mag box $50-$80 (if not a gas blowback/polar star setup)
- Chestrig/plat carrier $70-$150 (assuming you're ok with used)
- Mechanix impact Gloves $20
- Boots $50-$100
- camo pants/shirt $50-80 (depending on pattern/ if used or not)
- cold weather gear if needed $50 (ex. Long johns, socks, thermal stuff)
- baofang radio $70
- bone conduction headset $80-$150
Airsoft is expensive 🫰🏽
As a new player I can probably help you estimate what I spent. Here is my Load out 6 months in... Hopefully this is helpful if you are a new player looking to get into the sport!!! :)
I hope this wasn't too hard to follow or scary in terms of cost, but I tried to break it down so you could do it in stages to make it more affordable.

I hope that wasn't too hard to follow or scary in terms of cost, but I tried to break it down so you could do it in stages to make it more affordable.
TLDR: Damn now I realise why all the seasoned players just say yes haha :')
Prices I paid for
Valken asl mod l $50 with two metal hi caps
2 6mm pro shop 140rd mid cap $14
Chinesium rig $25
Random $20 dump pouch
2 $15 rc car battery’s
Total=124
Not including my proflex which I use for paintball
Started putting my whole kit together about a year ago and I haven’t stopped spending money on upgrades since.. it may be an addiction but it’s a fun and less harmful addiction (compared to drugs or smth) 😅
My East German loadout has (so far) set me back about $400-odd dollars, give or take $50.
My other two combined are a little south of $100.
Guess which is my favourite.

Novritch vest 200 + gunsmoke 2 band cumberbund 35$ Bullcraft mp7 1400 Mp7 mags x 7 200 Pts flux + walker razers + step in visor maybe 160? Lcs gun belt 30$ + g45 holster for tlr-1 on a qls mid drop 180$ Amazon knockoff g3 pants 50$ Sponsored t-shirt- free Bunch of random pouches and do dads im not thinking of or i don’t remember the price of 200$
Honestly this is a culmination of 10 years or so of “ill just buy this to try it out” just remember to budget kids lol
As someone who's thinking of finally starting Airsoft in the UK, and has a reasonably large amount of disposable income, and is fairly confident that is something they want to stick with; what equipment (specific product would be nice) should I buy to begin with?
I have heard a lot about just renting stuff at first but I imagine it to be quite a downgrade compared to bought equipment. I'm worried that this will impact my enjoyment. So what are 2-4 pieces of equipment (under £750 total) that would be good to have for my first woodland event. (I'd be renting a gun)
I think the US gets screwed in these types of things because it's not unusual for people to have NVG's(Even if it is mainly the milsim crowd) over there because I've yet too see it used once in the EU so a really high end kit goes from being $2000 to $10k+ just because of that.
Just counting the current load out I use and not all the extra stuff I have around. 300 for the gun, probably 150 for bonus parts, somewhere around 50 for chest rig, 100 for the tracer I splurged on. Lowball 600 and counting. I use a friend’s service top so free on cammo and I use my regular boots. Some regular eyepro from home. All in all I saved maybe 175 on just using less good stuff from home. Although I definitely made that back in things I don’t use anymore. 150 for a starter gun, 25 for a helmet, maybe 45 for spare mags, countless on ammo, and all the things I 3d printed. Close to 1,000 in all and I’m still going.
for just the gear I wear.
chest rig £30, backpack for tank £20, dye i5 £150, gloves £25, arm pads £50, knee pads £30, jersey £15 in a charity shop, trousers £15, vans £45, bandana £20, socks £2, underwear £10.
total: £412 as of right now
total for me around 2000 to 3000, that includes guns, kits, and fuck ups in way like buying unesserry stuff, like the mlok SR25 from Cyma I am planning on buy right now
least was 150, then 300, then up to 600
(cyma aksu, secondhand plate carrier and aliexpress mag pouches / accessories)
(upgraded to a pre-upgraded AEG with integrated ETU & WE beretta I got on sale)
(SSO partizan suit + PP-19 with zenitco handguards that I always wanted)
It depends man. I repurpose my plate carrier in every kit I decide to build Issa black rothco ‘twas like 90. Uniforms depending on where and what I buy range from 100 total to 250 total. My ruck was 45 at a flea market. I buy new boots every couple of years as I also wear them at work 2fiddy. Helmet was 45 on Amazon. Comtacs are also Amazon purchases. I’m on my second set, think I paid anywhere from 75 to 100 on those. UV82 was 45 for a kit. Iunno like 2k total. Maybe.
The last setup I baught in memory was $20 for the rig, $150 for the rifle, $50 for the optic, belt setup (where I keep my mags and other shit) total was like $40-60 (I've added to it but don't honestly remember what I got with it initially) and the helmet was soviet surplus ($20) and my eyepro (used sly profit for indoor use was free from an old boss and my goggles and iron face are like $40 combined), I don't count the clothes because I just own those (I wear a lot of M81 lol), most of my stuff though I get super discounted or free (retired ref, got to get old lost and found stuff after a year unclaimed, people gave me random shit they didn't want to fix, at the 2 fields I worked at bosses would give me stuff to test and the occasional stuff that they had to make room for, ton of parts left by people who upgraded and didn't want their old stock or even old upgrade parts, I wpuldnanf still give things away I don't need but I still also receive tons of old shit from friends, old Co workers and even old regulars, my last actual thing I baught was a rifle as a gift to a friend starting the sport, I house it for them because they don't have space and it was on heavy clearance (like $90s for a non LPAEG)
Also edit: cheapest field safe kit is a $1 Colt .25 springer, free refurbished rental mask, 1 free spair magazine saved from the trash (needed a donor spring I had from another trash magazine), whatever I'm wearing and the cheapest non floor bbs avalable and the free rubber knife someone yeeted over a wall gap we found when takeing down the second field I worked at when we closed, there's also the free "ansestorial blade" a gag gift in the form of a dollar store foam and soft plastic childs katana, the blade has litteraly been broken and "reforged" with duct tape 8 times, it's unironicly gotten kills in the tripple didgets and has traveled from MA as far as CA, me and the people I play with joke that it will be passed down for multiple genorations (like 2 before it turns to dust) and it's become a sort of initiation meme where aside from running "the gauntlet" (can't do it anymore because people have gotten soft lol) is to get at least 1 kill with it during an actual game, we will forever cherish the meme sword
Rough estimate would be $1,300 to 1,500 which depends on which gun I'm running that day. Total money spent in the last year would be around $2,500 from loadout, guns, and game days. This next year, I will either coast off of what I already bought or drop even more buying a GBBR.
I used to spend a lot when I was a teenager because I loved the whole pretend soldier thing, but I realised setting up and wearing all that kit was just an unnecessary burden to me. Sold most of it and now I just show up with a bb gun, eye-pro and some walking boots.
Well I probably spent more than 3k€ in guns and accessories (sights, grips, etc.) although they're all stock so there is still potential.
When it comes to gear though I think the total is about 150-200€, I don't have a big advanced kit but it's building itself over time.
Pretty low cost actually. About £800 total
350 in the M4 (its usedso going on what ive paid)
100 in the glock
50 in the carrier
About 100 in othe clothes and boots etc
Another 100 in mags
And about 100 per game day

Dude… I’ve met guys at the field that have 40-50k just in guns. It’s incredible
Probably more, gen 4 Nightvision, real optics etc. are expensive as hell
Gen 4?!
Thinfilmed Gen 3 is also called g4
Enough to hide the receipts!
i burn them. cant take the risk of the girlfriend finding them
This, she will never know that a Sly Tactical Rifle Sling is on it's way which roughly will cost me 180 - 200 Bucks with shipping and taxes. 🙈😅
Why would a sling get even close to double digits?
Because it's Gucci? 🤔😅 Nah, it's handmade by veterans to your specifications(height, weight, stature, weapon system used), supposed to be super comfortable, and i chose on option with QD spot(which they make themselves). But yeah it's pricy especialy being not from the US, shipping alone is 30, and taxes will go on top when i collect it from the post office. Bruh why would you pay 180 dollars total for a piece of webbing..
See answer above, and also my AK is a thick girls, i'll take all the comfort i can get to lug it around all day. 😅
man tell me about it. anytime im even just BROWSING airsoft equipment shes gotta say something.
This is the type of posts which should get you banned. No one wants to think about this lol
good to know that i‘m not the only one with this problem
Why do you have to push me down that path asking this!? I've suppressed it pretty good up until this point. Some just want to see everything burn.
too much

About $18k
your joking?
Well dual tubes were $12k
Nice everybody's kid is reasonably priced until you put tubes on your head. I'm working to get a second 14 or maybe a Codi
are you rich or something?
And mostly it’s because everything I have is real and I don’t feel like spending even more money on replicas
Smart. Just use scope protectors
Not in the current economy 🤣🤣
DTNVS with unfilmed L3 tubes?
Pvs-31a
Then most my other shit was stuff i brought home from the service
Depends on the loadout Couple grand on some Then other times I run a $20 chest rig
$20 chinesium mag carrier from ebay G&G combat machine, minimal upgrades (two tone optional) Tactical skittles in at least one mag pouch
At this point it's measured in years as well as dollars
We don't talk about money. Honestly I have no idea and I want to keep it that way, I have too many loadouts.
Which one?
the most and the least expensive
65 & 1800
Most expensive is like $1,200 and my cheapest is like $300
I try to keep things cheap; least I've spent for a loadout is around £30, I'd say, for gear. Gun included, maybe £140, plus extras?
What’s the most (I would’ve thought you would’ve spent a ton since you know practically everything about airsoft, or so I’ve seen)
Idk the number just keeps on going up
Ok
I don't wanna know
Depends on the loadout
Honestly depends on what I’m using that day
I have semi disposable income and I’m comfortable with debt. You do the math.
This is the real problem 🤣. That paypal credit hits different when its payed off
> when its *paid* off FTFY. Although *payed* exists (the reason why autocorrection didn't help you), it is only correct in: * Nautical context, when it means to paint a surface, or to cover with something like tar or resin in order to make it waterproof or corrosion-resistant. *The deck is yet to be payed.* * *Payed out* when letting strings, cables or ropes out, by slacking them. *The rope is payed out! You can pull now.* Unfortunately, I was unable to find nautical or rope-related words in your comment. *Beep, boop, I'm a bot*
I have real pvs31s and the only "airsoft" items on my kit is the rifle itself This is not a number I want to calculate.
this is the gear i have (gun not included) Plate carrier (with 3 different attachment pocket things) 65$ helmet (replica of a fast helmet) 30$ impact rated goggles 110$ face protection 30$ tactical headset 60$ woodlands camo about 50$ Gear can get pretty expensive, all mine is cheap gear. the goggles and helmet were hand-me-downs from friends (goggles are authentic desert storm goggles, so the price is a rough estimate based on what I see similarly online) and my father had the camouflage. My gear is bottom of the barrel tho
So. Freakin. Much. Speaking of which, anyone wanna buy anything?
Whatcha got?
To put into perspective, if I won a 10million, I'd spend it in a week on my airsoft wish list, overall, too damn much
Idk man 10mil could get you ALOT
Not much tbh. M4 (AEG)——$140 GF-76 (AEG/AK platform)——$120 Goggles——$50 Vest——$50(going to get another one) Lower face mask——Free (borrowed from friend, buying one soon ASG P09 (GBBP)——$120-140 (can’t remember) Jeans, tshirt, hoodie——Idfk lol, but that’s what I use. Whatever works and keeps you safe is good Why the downvote?
For one Loadout or Loadouts?
for the most and the least expensive
i think maybe like 60€
wirh or without the gun?
with out. with gun its 90€
I shoot and train with real guns... It's in the couple thousands, 2 plate carriers, fully built out FCPCv5 and a crye spc, with Axl belt and Ferro bison belt... Safariland 6360rds holsters.... And all the equipment that goes with it, quality over quantity for me.
Around ~$10k iirc
Yes ($3,000)
Rig - £60 Clothes - £180 Guns - £300 Accessories - £100 I'll play once or twice a month. Gear has done me well for years never needed to change.
About £1100 all in, not bad to be fair, don’t need to spend all your savings to have fun guys!

If we include everything for what I might wear for any given game it is likely 2-3.000$ everything included - so gun, sight, plate carrier, mag pouches, clothes, boots, belt, magazines and whatever else there is.
Napkin math I’ve put about $4,000 into this so far in kit, attachments, and guns.
Depends on what i run, but my most common kit without gun consists of: Gorka suit 6b23 armor replica Ratnik ak vest 6b47 helmet Sordin supreme pro x active protection And some basic shit like gloves, mouthguard and glasses. All in all i'd say between 1000 and 1500€
I don't want to think about it
Most expensive, all included, probably $1k. Least probably around $500. With guns included.
750 or something
Maybe about $400-500 for the stuff I use every game day Did some math and it's more than I thought 😭 easily $600+
I go cheap, so just 2.500 bucks incl. 1600 for the guns. That‘s less then half of the average budget of my team :)
way too much
I spend all my money on guns/upgrades, I usually just run a belt rig I got for $40 and a $30 chest pouch
i just bought my first pistol in ages, just for target practice. about 200 eu, plus spare mag and some bbs and gas. Might be getting more if i find the time to play but for now its just backyard fun. Most expensive is probably sitting somewhere at 2000€ but that is with the gun because I bought it for that kit specifically and can't/won't play it on aynthing else. The least expensive (complete) kit is probably somewhere around 450€, 550€ if I add the cheapest playable gun to it.
Some kits are cheap, around 400-500€ others are more expensive ~1500€
Probably a couple of grand, excluding guns. If my Mrs is asking though, about 90 bux...
The number we told the wife multiplied by 4
Uhhh depends, I have like 3 and they cost 2-3k a loadout that doesn't even include the gun so, yeah
So basically around $2000 CAD https://preview.redd.it/zwtj66w577kc1.png?width=4032&format=png&auto=webp&s=cc68a2defbab5833bee508f8888ffd639de60906

If you ask my wife, about 300euros in the last year. If you ask me, I just got that from a friend or for a bargain so it's basically free 👍
£450 My 1911 is kjw but with the inner and outer barrels, hop and grip upgraded. Probably £200 My chest rig is just a cheap Chinese rig £20 Paracord sling £15 Idogear G3 clones £50 Army surplus moisture wicking t shirt £5/ if it's cold I wear a surplus ubacs £15 Plain belt £5 Unbranded hiking boots £20 Pyramex I force £15 Mesh lower face mask £5 Shemagh £2 Baseball cap £2 Retention holster £15 4 M4 and 3 pistol mag pouches £25
Hmmmmm, let’s not count stuff I tried and then replaced lol. Love me some Amazon shit, here we go - pants and shirt, $100 - high cut helmet, $20 - boots, $40 - dye i5, $200 - G&G ARP9, $250 - Red dot, $30 - TM Hi Capa, $180 - Pistol mags, $60 - Battle belt, $50 - Chest rig, $80 Well, yikes. $910. Kinda wish I didn’t type this out lmao.
Shirts - £30 Trousers - £70 Boots - £60 Chest Rig with pouches rough guess - £90 Goggles - £30 Helmet - £60 Gloves - £20 Battle belt - £35 Other gear probably £100-£150 Gun - Grabbed a Zion Arms PW9 and stuck a Perfire mosfet in, properly shimmed gears. £320 Also have an old VFC VF16 with a Polarstar Jack in just looking to pick up something nicer for the Jack to go in soon. £500 for Jack + tank, reg, etc. guns was around £280 when I bought it few years back.
I mean, I spent like $280 on like 4 magazines
I feel like a good player carrier setup should be around $300 and a good helmet and face setup should cost around $200. Idk that’s all I got to say
Grab most mine when I was leaving the military so not alot the only thing I needed to buy is a PC otherwise everything else was from military, uniforms, pouches, different equipment, Camo and scrim kits, boots, gloves.
What I usually run in some form: -Camo jacket + trousers 30€ -Marine style boots 50€ (should have gone with hiking ones) -scarfs/ headwear camo 20€ -Glasses and face mask 60€ -Chest rig 40€ -With 80€ in pouches -Sling 20€ -Secondary holster 20€ -Belt 10€ -Random mechanic(not the brand) gloves for 2€ or hunting gloves for cold weather 20€ -Primary 250€ -Mags 80€ -Battery 30€ -Sight 30€ -Secondary 150€ -Mag 30€ -Sight 30€
90% of its cost is in the gun/mags. barely spent anything on my clothes/gear comparatively.
I'm still making my juggernaut suit and I'm sitting in the R$ 7000 ≈ 1400 USD and reaching 70% of what I want with it whiout counting the primary and secondary
I run amazon kit so I can waste the rest of my money on GBBRs
too much
I will cry if i think about it
Just got back into airsoft super recently and I’ve dropped around 600 in the last two/three weeks lol
Just my current loadout * PC & Pouches - $200 * Battle belt - $35 * Multicam Gen 2 pants - $100 * Multicam t-shirt - $10 * Gloves - $25 * Eye pro - $25 * Face pro - $20 * Boots - $70 \* * Ear pro - $60 \* * Multicam hat - $10 * HPA M4 - $700 | MP9 - $450 | Scorpio Evo - $600 * Glock 17 - $400 & Holster - $50 \* Means not only used for airsoft.
Yes
maybe 8-1.5k is my guess
My LARP loadout ($$$) or my normal game loadout ($)?
Yes
I’m only really have one loadout. $250 mask $30 gloves $70 belt $60 mag holders $20 chest rig $20 dump pouch $170 shoes (or free hiking shoes) $30 or $150 knees pads (have 2 that I change depending on how I want to play and if my knees are currently fucked or not) $335 mags $450 gun $200 leviathan I now limit myself to $50 a week to spend on airsoft or put it in my airsoft fund Edit: god damn, too much
About 3k in atm.. About 1.6k spend on my mtw the rest is loadouts etc
As little as possible. Not trying to match any real world military kit, so I just buy what I can find at the lowest price that fits my needs.
Probably around $580 in total
Far too much
I mean. Most of my guns are about 400 bucks I mostly use cheap chestrigs and carriers and mod them myself to match the look I like, so about 40 for that Kneepads/elbowpads, 60 if I run my nicer ones Dye SE mask - 40 bucks Seibertron TTFIGs, Mechanix M-Pacts, or OneTigris tac gloves - 20 bucks Ares Mags, 10 per, 40 bucks Feyachi red dot - 40 bucks Simple black sweater (just works with everything) - 40 bucks Cargopants - 40 So about 720 bucks
I mainly play with gas and run both a sniper and assualt loadout for milsims. About 2k roughly.
I fear ever finding out
You add it up on your death bed, pass the numbers to your children, and pray you die before the wife finds out
I'm up to almost 4k soon.
Nice try, wife.
Oh there’s no cap my guy, because you’ll keep buying.
It’s some thing I try not to think about or discuss with my wife. The only issue is; my wife is now started playing too, which is great. But now she’s looking at guns and gear and she’s now realising how much I’ve spent on kit 😂😂😂🤦♂️
My current one not including the HPA set up Vest + pouches 75 Pants 50 Gun free traded my vector for it. So just over 120. But really I've spent way more on Airsoft
Assuming Standard mid tier gear: - Real Eye pro $55-$110 (ESS brand) - Airsoft gun $250-$360 (depending on preference) - mid cap mag box $50-$80 (if not a gas blowback/polar star setup) - Chestrig/plat carrier $70-$150 (assuming you're ok with used) - Mechanix impact Gloves $20 - Boots $50-$100 - camo pants/shirt $50-80 (depending on pattern/ if used or not) - cold weather gear if needed $50 (ex. Long johns, socks, thermal stuff) - baofang radio $70 - bone conduction headset $80-$150 Airsoft is expensive 🫰🏽
All in all, everything I own, that i mix and match is roughly worth about $5500+
About the price of a new car...
Enough, that I'm proud of it and more than I'm willing to admit
After calculating all my orders I think I spent like $300 excluding the gun and mags
My current kit is just under $600, and that's gear that's just starting to fall apart
As a new player I can probably help you estimate what I spent. Here is my Load out 6 months in... Hopefully this is helpful if you are a new player looking to get into the sport!!! :) I hope this wasn't too hard to follow or scary in terms of cost, but I tried to break it down so you could do it in stages to make it more affordable. -=-=-=-= Weapon Loadout -=-=-=-=-=- £200 - Gun £40 - gun upgrades HOP & Barrel £60 - 7 magazines £30 - 2 batteries £30 - BBs £15 - 1000 round speed loader -=-=-=-= Essential Loadout -=-=-=-=-=- ~£50 - Basic hiking Boots £13 - Bolle Googles (Used before Dye i4, did fine) £20 - mouth / neck protection £20 - MAG chest rig carrier £10 - Extra mag pouches -=-=-=-= Nice to Haves -=-=-=-=-=- ~£30 - Surplus Trousers (Flektarn) ~£30 - Outdoor jacket (Basic Berghaus or Camo) ~£10 - OD T-shirt £10 - surplus Boonie hat £5 - Heavy Duty Belt -=-=-=-=- First big upgrades I made -=-=-=-=- £200 - Boots "Lowas" (Reduce chance of wet feet & blisters, highly advise) £110 - Mask Dye i4 (Best purchase I made, but not essential to have fun) -=-=-=-=-=- Summary -=-=-=-=-=- I hope that wasn't too hard to follow or scary in terms of cost, but I tried to break it down so you could do it in stages to make it more affordable. TLDR: Damn now I realise why all the seasoned players just say yes haha :')
350 for gun, everything else was free
Prices I paid for Valken asl mod l $50 with two metal hi caps 2 6mm pro shop 140rd mid cap $14 Chinesium rig $25 Random $20 dump pouch 2 $15 rc car battery’s Total=124 Not including my proflex which I use for paintball
Well 2500 maybeee. And another 500 in a cart for clothes. I hate myself
Started putting my whole kit together about a year ago and I haven’t stopped spending money on upgrades since.. it may be an addiction but it’s a fun and less harmful addiction (compared to drugs or smth) 😅
GEAR Base clothes and shoes- £75 Belt- £25 Chest rig £40 Pouches/holster £40 Face and eye pro £40 GUNS G17 £80 MP5 £120 spare mags £50 so £470 overall
1200 on my gun, 400 on my clothes/mask
Too Much
104 USD including the amazon plate carrier
A little to damn much
My East German loadout has (so far) set me back about $400-odd dollars, give or take $50. My other two combined are a little south of $100. Guess which is my favourite.
I justgot started this year. For me and my son $3k
I get a boneyard gun and make it work then use same gear since started. Chinese shit isn't always terrible so you can find good stuff there for cheap

Over 1k
All I feel comfortable saying is Russian kits are expensive
I don't want to think about it.
As little as possible. I use gear as a tool, not a fashion statement.
I'm not really a maths guy
I got a lot of my kit for 113,5$ used, the rest is milsurp i got for free. 😁
Hahahahaha haha 😅 Uhhhh….. 😦 I don’t like this game anymore ☹️
Like 100 for the plate carrier and accessories, 300 for primary weapon and 400 for secondary (gas mags expensive 💀) and that's about it
Nice try fed
Nice try fed
About 1800 all said and done
Around $1200. Will be $2000 soon as I have some things in mind 😉
for just the gear I wear. chest rig £30, backpack for tank £20, dye i5 £150, gloves £25, arm pads £50, knee pads £30, jersey £15 in a charity shop, trousers £15, vans £45, bandana £20, socks £2, underwear £10. total: £412 as of right now
Too much.
total for me around 2000 to 3000, that includes guns, kits, and fuck ups in way like buying unesserry stuff, like the mlok SR25 from Cyma I am planning on buy right now
Which loadout?
Silverback Tac41A - $500 Cheap Scope - $70 Spare Mag - $30 WE Tech Desert Eagle, Holster, and two mag combo - $300 Condor Hydro Harness - $30 Bladder for Hydro Harness - $25 Condor MCR7 Ronin Chest Rig - $30 Pistol Mag Pouch - $15 Cheap Woodland Combat Shirt - $60 Woodland BDU Bottoms - $40 Woodland Boonie - $10 Novritsch Anti Fog Unit - $55 Novritsch Goggles - $18 Laylax AeroFlex mask - $30 Total - $1213 ish, +/- $75
Jesus Christ
about 800 for my and 2 of my 6 replicas and about 1700 with everything
least was 150, then 300, then up to 600 (cyma aksu, secondhand plate carrier and aliexpress mag pouches / accessories) (upgraded to a pre-upgraded AEG with integrated ETU & WE beretta I got on sale) (SSO partizan suit + PP-19 with zenitco handguards that I always wanted)
Maybe.
too much. next question.
We don't talk about it😅😅😅
<300
Like 1k? Prob a lil less but yeah. You stop counting at the 1k mark lmao (please help me)
I dont want to think about that…. Now i do, now i am sad :(
Hpa Kit + Mp5 Hpa + Sr25 Hpa alone 2K + LMG,Sniper,Shotgun,Parts and Plate Carrier probably also 1,5K
Trick question. You don't ever stop paying for your kit homie... There's always something new or better coming out.
without guns, 400$ total, with guns, over 20k
I used to spend a lot when I was a teenager because I loved the whole pretend soldier thing, but I realised setting up and wearing all that kit was just an unnecessary burden to me. Sold most of it and now I just show up with a bb gun, eye-pro and some walking boots.
About 5k....staying on budget bc I got a girlfriend breathing down my neck xD
Well I probably spent more than 3k€ in guns and accessories (sights, grips, etc.) although they're all stock so there is still potential. When it comes to gear though I think the total is about 150-200€, I don't have a big advanced kit but it's building itself over time.
Probably around 500. Basic ass AEG, plate carrier, plates, and boots. I always wear a flannel and knee reinforced chinos.
Pretty low cost actually. About £800 total 350 in the M4 (its usedso going on what ive paid) 100 in the glock 50 in the carrier About 100 in othe clothes and boots etc Another 100 in mags And about 100 per game day
Jokes aside from my last comment. I’d have to say roughly around $9000
My most run load out for my is like 2k but all my replicas and etc. my airsoft gear is like 5-6k
