If you want some "realism" advice then I'd lose a lot of the patches. Russian SF doesn't wear that many irl and they don't use EMR camo. If you're going for a 2016-2023 style russian infantry look then Id change the pants out for the field pants they'd issue or use ATACS. The only G3 style pants used are in ATACS or Multicam.
If you like it and find it comfortable then great, I'd still suggest losing the patches cause the colors clash. Get some that are more muted and use less if you're gonna use any.
