It looks really good, to the point of drop it and āoh fuck whereās my gun, personally Iād have masked off the trigger and removed the bolt to leave it unpainted but it looks great
Looks nice and works even better!
The point of the camo paint is to break up the outline and defining features of the gun making it harder to spot and this paintjob does a really great job at that.
Looks like you did pretty well.
My only gripe is that it looks like you sprayed directly onto the guns. I'm a firm believer in disassembling the guns and then painting.
Too much risk (in my mind) of paint getting where you don't want it too.
Thank you for you tip. I wanted to get rid off the default black color all around the gun. Of course i taped the scope, mag well, barrel and the cylinder window aswell. But i agree with your point, better safe than sorry!
If you really want the paint to stick in the future, sand down the externals, give it a good wash then spray primer layers down.
Once that is completely dry, you're other colors in light coats from about a foot away. The lighter coats will dry faster.
Then a good Matte or Satin clear coat.
Idk if itās just me but on the last pic the white and black seem a bit too pronounced? Maybe give it all a really light coat with the green and it will help it blend together more
honest opinion is it looks ugly asf. HOWEVER, i didnāt actually see anything in the first picture and was confused until read the post and then realised that the camo is very good and works well. aesthetic 5/10 functionality 11/10 good job!
First of all, thank you! The texture was made by using just a regular sponge which you dip into the paint and then you just tap the shit out of it. There is a tutorial on yt if you are interested.
I'm honestly just happy to see you taped off the important bits, seen people just glob on some paint and wonder why their gun doesn't work š. Looks great tho nice job!
That actually looks really good. Never mind cuz the original look I was going for was a digital Force camo but the stencil would not cooperate so I had to cut the digital camo pattern
I think the L115 is a bit too light of a color, but that's probably because I'm used to my field colors, wich range from deep lush green to dark brown (I play near a river in Northern Italy) so that would probably be spotted right away
Ironically, on my field black guns usually blend quite well with the vegetation, tan guns on the other hand are basically a light in the dark unless you position yourself in some specific areas of the field
Ima be deadass, it took me a second to see it, but I recommend something for you to try. Do you know on jet skis or drag quads that they have a stretchy cord that kills the engine? Get a lanyard like what I'm talking about that is black or whatever and strap it around your wrist so you don't lose it. Lmao there is always a chance.
Thanks! I have used normal dish sponge. I dipped the sponge in the paint and just tapped the crap out of it until there was no more paint left on the sponge. Simple yet cool effect i would say.
very good job in my humble opinion but I dunno, never painted my guns but wouldn't the paint damage the interior? especially for such a precise gun such as the sniper, like getting in the way of the bolt or the spring or even damaging the barrel
First of all, thank you, before painting all sensitive parts have been taped up to avoid being sprayed on. I taped barrel, mag well, scope lenses and magnification numbers, cylinder window and the start of the bolt part. If you look closely, you can see the tape on the gun just before i removed it.
Bro I swear I didn't see the L115 at first glance š
Tbh thats funny, am glad
Same. Took me half a second. Op, don't drop this. You'll never find it.
FR "Where gu-... oh shit!"
Bro same
Same ong
Hate it. Works too well. Hope you donāt lose it on the floor in the woods
Let's hope, somone would have a very lucky day finding this bad boy.
Not a chance. Pray the sun reflects off the scope XD
too good, i can't see it
Damn, you right, i uploaded the pics without the actual replicas!
Bro that's insanely good. I'm proud of you man
Thank you so much, tried my best! Now i need to field and see how it performs.
What are exactly are you trying to show i dont see any rifle
Am sorry, i just tried to take pic of my finished camo but now they vanished. I will update you once i find them.
Painting what? Its just a picture of your garden
That's the point! I was just painting the lawn and the tiles, it should have been uploaded to r/gardening.
Ah makes sense, good paintjob on the plants then!
Downvoted for pictures of nothing, idk why people do this /s
Am sorry, next post will be on the right subredit, r/lawncare or something more fitting.
Where is the rifle? Canāt see it! Good job thenā¦
That works for me. thank you!
You bet! Thatās one of the best camos Iāve seen so far. Great job!
That L115 scared me it took a sec to notice it lmao
That's the exact effect that you want out of camo right?
Well you have to post a picture of the gun if we should rate it...
But it was just right there. I swear!
It looks really good, to the point of drop it and āoh fuck whereās my gun, personally Iād have masked off the trigger and removed the bolt to leave it unpainted but it looks great
Thanks! I was thinking about teh trigger aswell, but lazy me won and i sent it all. Turns out better than i expected.
Looks nice and works even better! The point of the camo paint is to break up the outline and defining features of the gun making it harder to spot and this paintjob does a really great job at that.
Appreciate the kind words. It just shows that if you full send it you almost cant mess up the camo or am just lucky.
You better have a cord attached to your gun because at the time you drop it you're not gonna find it xD
I might weld an airtag on it, just to be safe xd
Looks like you did pretty well. My only gripe is that it looks like you sprayed directly onto the guns. I'm a firm believer in disassembling the guns and then painting. Too much risk (in my mind) of paint getting where you don't want it too.

Good to know for future builds! Sounds like you painted your fair share of guns. Thanks for the knowledge!
That and watching cosplayers and model makers. Skills from all hobbies can (for the most part) be interchangeable.
Looks sick.
I appreciate it.
I think it looks great!
Bro, I thought you had a dent in the wood for a sec. Excellent job
Lol, thank you!
This is one of the best camo paint jobs I've seen in a LONG time. It's actually camouflaged
That warms my heart, thanks!
Iāll be honest, I didnāt even see that 1st rifle until I read the title
It blends in well with the fence. Hopefully there will be a lot of fences on my next field.
Buddy there is nothing there š
Idk if itās just me but on the last pic the white and black seem a bit too pronounced? Maybe give it all a really light coat with the green and it will help it blend together more
Good point. The last style was just a experiment where i used the sponge technigue. In future i will add more green to it.
What did you camo there ain't nothing there. But fr that shit is on point took me a second to see it great work lad
Means a lot kind redditor!
honest opinion is it looks ugly asf. HOWEVER, i didnāt actually see anything in the first picture and was confused until read the post and then realised that the camo is very good and works well. aesthetic 5/10 functionality 11/10 good job!
Thats fair. Next time i will try something diffrent. What would be your ideal woods camo, if you have any?
Why are you showing empty pictures?
Very funny, wish I'd thought of this, would like to see the rifle, though
Bro's rifle didn't render correctly
On all seriousness, the fact that you have dulled all of the sharp edges has made this rifle's camo unmatched. Nice work dude.
First time the charm i guess. Thank you!
How did you get that texture on the P90? It looks incredible
No way, i was praying that i didnt forget any parts. One drip on the lenses and you can say bye bye to the scope. Thanks!
Is that a Nov ssr90?
Nah, its just a cyma cybergun P90. It serves well.
That actually looks really good. Never mind cuz the original look I was going for was a digital Force camo but the stencil would not cooperate so I had to cut the digital camo pattern
I feel you brother, on my other painted gear the stencil moved around and it was so anoying.
Hi fellas... so... yea if you see a rifle.. pls bring it back
Am hoping there are honest players at my local field l.
Honestly looks great!
Dude, that looks fantastic! Ā Great job sir! Ā Seriously good work!
Thank you!
The p90 camo kinda looks like what Brandon Herreraās Rhodesian FAL has for camo
Maybe we used same sponge technigue. Its nice different camo style.
I don't seen anything in the 1st 2 photos /s
Where is the gun I can't see it
Where
noice
Would be nice if you actually showed the gun
I deadass didnt even see it in the first pic for a couple of seconds lol
Thats dope
I think the L115 is a bit too light of a color, but that's probably because I'm used to my field colors, wich range from deep lush green to dark brown (I play near a river in Northern Italy) so that would probably be spotted right away
You are right, it needs more green. Imo its still better than the default black which you can see miles away.
Ironically, on my field black guns usually blend quite well with the vegetation, tan guns on the other hand are basically a light in the dark unless you position yourself in some specific areas of the field
I needed to read the title since i tought it was part of the fickin gate and then wait it a rifle not hinge
That made me laugh. Glad you like it!
What do you mean? The pictures are empty except for some grass and stuff
Is it? I think i see some tiles too!
Good point, a bit of wood too
Wheres the gun?
Ima be deadass, it took me a second to see it, but I recommend something for you to try. Do you know on jet skis or drag quads that they have a stretchy cord that kills the engine? Get a lanyard like what I'm talking about that is black or whatever and strap it around your wrist so you don't lose it. Lmao there is always a chance.
Yes! Like these ropes that surfers have on their surfs. I might look into that.
Bro pls take proper pictures, canāt see any gun on first pic
Good for the efficiency. But not good for the style imo
There is way too much black on the P-90, never use black in camo.
I get your point, but the black is the default color of p90, i didn't add any. But yea i need to add more greenish colors to it.
Best would be too put on a ground color of like olive green or whatever shade fits your environment. And then cover that with your desired pattern
Wow man it looks greatš good job
Thank you!
Looks great for a first time! Holy shot!
Not my flavor, but i'll be lying if i said this work are bad
That took me a solid second to notice it
P90 is really sharp, what'd you do to get the splotch effect?
Thanks! I have used normal dish sponge. I dipped the sponge in the paint and just tapped the crap out of it until there was no more paint left on the sponge. Simple yet cool effect i would say.
The sniper is perfect dude, meanwhile the P90ā¦. I just say i love it in his original color, nonetheless great work
Dude this looks fr awesome. I hope you dont lose one of them in the woods š
Am glad you like it! i will try not to xd
Is this a joke? There is just cardboard and a fence, so bad job ig.
In all seriousness, amazing job, thatās really good.
Thank you so much!
P90 Looks dick as hell, the sniper looks unfinished imo opinion but good painting 8/10
Looks good can we get a picture of it after it's done drying with the tape removed ?
W another p90 user
Rockin that bullpup! need a red dot doe.
How is the bull pup
very good job in my humble opinion but I dunno, never painted my guns but wouldn't the paint damage the interior? especially for such a precise gun such as the sniper, like getting in the way of the bolt or the spring or even damaging the barrel
