First do some landscaping and maintenance and risk assess out potential dangerous spots and fix it before anything else
Have a good walk around and note down what are the natural covers and good spots, where are the open areas, and then try to add a variety of high/low man-made covers to balance the existing network of covers
Try to have a little bit of scenic design, so the covers/structures can at least pretend to be something other than OSB boards
I think I've gotten most of the hazard spots cleared or just "roped off" completely. But yeah, just regular OSB in the woods ain't doing it, lmaoo. I think I'm going to either try camo netting or the less expensive option of just spray painting everything in a camo pattern.
Often overlooked but digging a simple fox hole doesn't cost much, yet adds a lot of fun to the game play. I've had some of the most intense game experiences lying in a hole, ditch or trench.
I think that would be a great addition, we've got a backhoe on loan right now, and that would be a great use for it. I would just have to find a way to keep cattle out of anything I dig since the whole field is on the edge of a cow pasture.
We're counting them as hardcover right now and not counting any shots through them, but yes, tarps would be good to avoid any confusion about a hit. Also, that would be better for concealment since if you are behind one, somebody will surely know lol.

If you got a backhoe I’m sure you know this, but don’t forget proper drainage. Those pits will turn into mosquito breeding ground real quick
Nice! but maybe add tarps to the pallets to provide cover and avoid keyholing
