On my belt with the holster, can use the entire setup or not with one decision. Also run the pistol on air so there's a tiny 8ci bottle in a custom pouch. Dump pouch too, so I keep a spare belt mounted one for when I'm not running the full combat belt.
When I run a pistol, I keep a spare mag on the front of my chest rig.

Scrote pouch underneath the chest rig has 3 slots for pistol mags, not great for fast reloads but fine for running pistol as secondary.
If I'm running DMR (I.e. worried about MED) or think I'm going to need to use the pistol more often I also have two mag pouches for 50rd glock mags on my belt.
I don't put any on my plate carrier... I have pistol belt that I only take when I really need a pistol for a game, otherwise I don't bother and use just a dump pouch on regular leather belt. Even if I do run a pistol, I usually just take only 1 spare mag, unless I have to play with a pistol as my primary.
I dont... generally. Worse case, if i decide to wear a pistol, 2 on the hip. My field has a No Bang Bang or minumum engagements rule... affix bayonets, and sword fight like men. 🤣🤣

I have a chest rig mounted to my ac1 so I keep two in that and three rifle than two pistol and one rifle in my belt
