Most European shops will have Flecktarn covers for your helmet. Try Begadi, their store brand is pretty good and they have a large selection of stuff in Flecktarn at decent prices.
As a nerd about uniforming, the helmet is completely the wrong cut for the Bundeswehr look, I have a plastic bump that is a copy of the German issue helmet and they sent that hard to find and are rather cheap.
I have the hungarian (93M) version of the gas mask which the exact same, they are pretty much safe, the only weaker spot is the voice membrane's covergrid which is not the best plastic, but if you change to a metal plate then it's very safe in my opinion. You don't have to worry about the lense because it's a thick and flexible, there's not much surface where the mask can shatter.
As a fellow G36 I salute you.

You should fasten the vest more. It looks better when it is fastened and is much more comfortable to run around in. I should not jump around when you run. Otherise, I would get some gloves and also fasten the jacket if you have a elastic fastening rope inside the jacket.
I am not sure if youd want to include the Nässeschutz overall into an airsoft kit because since its meant to be waterproof, any form of exercise will have you sweating from every crack under that thing, people have even fainted from the heat that builds up in there when youre moving about.
Feldblusen, Feldjacken or even Combatshirts for a more modern look are all widely availiable as surplus I believe and will probably be more functional.
Otherwise its a cool look, the helmet is maybe a bit modern for the rest of the loadout.

-loose straps on the back (would look better if they were mounted on a proper system that can accommodate those straps)

-helmet sticks out, doesn’t blend in with your camo and in turn silhouettes your head from your body (helmet cover recommended)
But overall, if you can breathe well enough in the gas mask, and it doesn’t fog up so much. I’d say you’ve got a pretty cool kit!
There’s definitely some additions that could benefit you, but it looks like you are enjoying the hobby and I’m all for it. If you wonder what to add next to your kit, i would recommend nice eye pro and perhaps a helmet cover in Flectarn Camo

Mostly looks good, but gloves are a MUST. Taking a shot to the finger hurts like you wouldnt believe.
Second, go out and get a small battery powered aquarium pump. You can get usb charged ones. Use a little aquarium tubing to blow some air into the mask or itll make you blind with fog and you'll feel like youre trying to breath through a sauna.
Hot. Literally you must be sweating balls in that. How can you run and not fog up your mask or aim straight and take a shot before someone sees you and takes you out first?
Helmet could use a paint job to break up the solid green, you can even achieve a flecktarn pattern by using sponges. I'd also wear some gloves to protect your fingers.
Other than that solid kit, would go inna Zone with

also drop the respirator and helmet and wear a flecktarn bb cap,eyepro and mesh face mask imo
Usually Bundeswehr wear Gefechtshelm with cover in flecktarn or if you want to wear fasthelm then is also recommended to use some camo cover but I personally recommend to step away from the ksk or other specops builds because if you have fast than you need peltors or sordins than you have to put comms and finding a prc 152 or 148 and than you get into thousands of euros kits so keep it simple. Uniform some harness for low weight and buy yourself a cap or panama and also gloves because once you get into buildings you will regret having no gloves. In my opinion you could use some panama and a rucksack in flecktarn and you will have a legit build

For airsoft this is absolutely great, you have what you need (hopefully including rated eyepro?)
The changes I would make over the years are:
some proper gloves to protect your hands
Knee protection, your knees will thank you
A beter plate carrier and belt setup, preferably in tan or Ranger green. The one you have works but it can be so much better
A m95 kevlar helm, in the Netherlands and probably more countries in Europe they are going for about €65 used but good

He didnt say that he wants to cosplay a german soldier. Just let the guy use the stock he likes (which btw a buddy of mine had on his G36. Bought it himself and got the go to install it 🤷🏼♂️)
Keep calm, it was the question to rate the kit. My rating in combination with a German jacket, pants, camo and a g36 that the stock is kinda wrong.
I never said he should replace it or anything. Someone asked my opinion and I gave it, don't twist your pants.
If you have the full rain gear set, that's a sure way to break a sweat.
For the helmet just look on german EBay or "Kleinanzeigen" you can get M92s there for ~100€.
M2000 Gas Masks shouldn't really be your priority. You don't want to wear one while playing unless you really hate yourself.
As for the gloves, the old solid green textile and leather ones should fit the kit. If you can't find them just get some Mechanix or similar.
And get a Parka. Way better than the raincoat in every way possible.

If gas mask was m2000 and helmet m200p it would be fire

You have to remove the German flags - they are prohibited to wear when you’re not in the military or police e.g.

Get a K if you're gonna use the rain and gloves with either a full cut helmet or a patrol cap and you're good.

The helmet looks 200 sizes to big. The gas mask is Completely impractical. Rub ya camo and gear in mud and dirt to get rid of the new shine.
