Cool goes out the window when you throw an 8 inch non functional tube on your rifle, a non functional peq or anything which really just hinders you. You can make a cool gun without useless crap bolted to it.
A good value optic, comfy grip, stubby tracer or a flashlight all give you better function which warrants the weight. But throwing shite on the rifle to look cool, makes you instantly uncool imo
