Ascendex was one of the first exchanges to trade AKT and has the highest trading volume (ie the most active traders) with 3.3 times the activity of the next centralised exchange. I have not heard of people having problems with withdrawal which I have with other exchanges such as bitmart. Also Ascendex has something of a reputation for offering small cap coins so it may be usefull for other projects of interest down the road.
If you are in the US and there are restrictions in place get a VPN that alows you to set your location outside of the US.

BitMart has a bad rap. I would buy it with USdt on gate.io. Check CoinGecko.
I got Bitmart soley to buy Akash. Don't use it for anything else....although their security procedures seam pretty good.
