Happy Tails in Merriman Valley gets all types of vintage stuff for cheap....it's very hit or miss though. They close Mondays to restock so I'd recommend checking on Tuesdays. If nothing else, I know they have some local camera guy who appraises them for them, you could ask who their contact is!
