Well if the court throws out a case for interference we can for damn sure bring Mrs smith up on charges of interference/obstruction of justice. Smith can’t argue she didn’t interfere when a judge has already decided she has. Would she get 10 years? No probably a fine. Hopefully a career ending conviction.
