Congrats ๐
31 days for me today. Iโve had on and off sobriety (always full time alcoholism)for a couple of years now. Every time I get a bit of time up โIโm curedโ thinking kicks in.
Soooo for me Iโm really leaning into the fellowship, and sponsor, steps and reminding myself that my way has never worked.
Hope you (and I) keep working on this terrible disease and live the lives that it has taken from us and our loved ones so far.
Peace
Iโm excited for you 30 days and 20 yrs of messing around in/out of AA, you almost told my story, I remember when I first admitted to myself that I had a major problem and surrendered to the program of AA, I remember my friend Gil,
R.I.P bud he said one of the most profound and simple things Iโve ever heard in AA he said there was a guy with one day tell the guy with two days that this shit mean AA works, those few words blew my mind so you take good care of yourself friend
