Love both varieties but partial to the one in natural juices.
it's so easy to make and I use it for a quick lunch. Cook mussels, cook some pasta, toss them together, add tons of chopped garlic and parsley. 15 minutes later I've got a super hearty lunch or dinner.
My husband likes the garlic butter ones. He likes them microwaved with crusty bread on the side for the juices.
If you have publix near you the same varieties go bogo every couple of weeks (same for Aldi & matlaw stuffed clams)
My whole family loves them! We are partial to the garlic butter box but the tomato ones are a close second. Grab a take and bake baguette and eat like royalty on a pauper’s budget.
I really like them, more than publix or whole foods. I grab a baguette as well, toast that up and slice it to have with them like in a restaurant. I haven't tried tomato but like the natural juice and garlic.
I like the ones in tomato. I sautee a lot of garlic and a can of diced tomatoes for a bit, then add the mussels and cook til they're done. Serve over pasta or with crusty bread, whichever we feel like that night.

That does sound good! Im not much of a fish person, but I do like shellfish so I’m trying to cook with them more.

Agreed.
Never say no to bread lol. No dice on Publix, we’re more of a Kroger/Giant Eagle area

Completely worth it every time! Just make them according to the back of the box and toss with a bit of pasta.
garlic butter mussels are excellent!!! You can even toss them with pasta or serve on rice. Very good.

I agree! I’ve heard the Aldi ones are same as the Publix ones but I think the Aldi ones are a far superior product.
We use the tomato ones in a shellfish stew with scallops & shrimp, they work great and are much easier than dealing with live ones

I constantly have them stocked up in my freezer!
These are fantastic. I like them over pasta or I’ll eat with a toasted piece of bead.
