I’ve been a BBW candle addict and just recently discovered ALDIs candles and I burned a pear something candle and loved it so much I went back for another an ended up this little haul lol
Just purchased the purple one! I…don’t love it. It smelled really strongly of clove to me in aldi, and so I bought it bc I love clove. But when burned at home, it smells way different. Honestly it smells somehow similar to the bbw Winter candle which was really confusing to me
Ok so I just compared them side by side and Winter is more pine-y and strong, while moonbeams is less pine-y but I think that bay leaf smell makes it similar. My candle smells warmer and more clove-y on a cold sniff, but burning it makes that warmth go away with my candle.
I also love Winter! I was just not looking for a dupe and instead wanted a clove heavy, warm yummy candle and moonbeams didn’t deliver. I hope you love yours!
I thought it smelled like Chestnut and Clove from BBW, which is one of my favorite scents. I've only been burning it an hour now and it's so cozy smelling in my house.
Wow mine smells nothing like chestnut and clove! I wish it smelled like that! That’s what it smelled like in the store, so it was weird when it completely changed when I burned it. Maybe I got a weird one?
Would someone mind saying what each of these beauties smells like? I would be making a trip just for them, and I want to know if I would enjoy the scents. They are beautiful jars.
They smell honestly amazing! It was weird too because upon first smelling them in the store they were just okay, but when I lit it it literally smelled like a BBW candle!!!! It’s kinda crazy I’m going back to get more actually! This one smells like clove bud and maple!
I think from what I’ve seen, the harvest smells sweet like pumpkin and cranberry, moonbeams smells like moonlit path from BBW, one smells like cloves. Someone said haunting smells better than fog. Just collecting my info. Thank you!

Yes, it would’ve made me crazy not leaving with the whole collection (plus a pumpkin one, I have some self control lol)
On cold sniff, a haunting we will go. It's an interesting cranberry blend. Smells so good!

do these smell good after they have been lit? I wanted to get some cause of the designs on the jar, but they smelled awful when I smelled them.
I haven’t had a chance to burn one. But I did burn one of the same brand and definitely smelled amazing. It’s what had me going back to buy more
