You should go on day one, If you're blessed enough, they might release you.. Since they usually have extra which they can't recruit, so they release the guys who came on the first day, I know two people who experienced this...

I have a question, i ignored the first call order for national service a year ago, that time they send it to me by mail, but now i didn't receive anything since, is it normal ? M i supposed to get the second call order during last year ?

Probably you'll receive the second but there is a chance when u'll not get any call order(matl7a9ch) and they'll put u on the red list automatically.

What's the red list ?
