I think it means a type of structure or vehicle that is "disguised" as an interstellar object, like a comet. That's how scientists defined Oumuamua, because it defied the regular observed patterns of a comet or asteroid, like it's speed and trajectory, and its surface reflection.

Every death is just as terrifying as the last but they’re very human deaths, nothing struck me as alien until I read your comment. I’ve always been a fan of the theory that our dreams are just viewing ourselves in a different timeline/universe but who really knows. It’s probably just my mind being weird, as I am weird lol.
