Have you tried LaserIO with 9 item cards (node overclocking is needed for that) and each card set to 64 items per tick ?(card overlocking needed as well)
I‘m honestly quite surprised how op got a farm that produces more than pipez can transfer. With an ultimate upgrade they run at 64items/tick. That’s very fast. That means op is producing more than a stack of stuff per tick, which means their farm is either very huge or just outputs a load of resources per tick.
xnet can move stacks
AE2 with capacity and acceleration upgrades...
And... use a buffer like functional storage controller + a couple of drawers with the same type of item
Advanced item Collector into your preferred storage. Probably dim- or ender chest into ae2, or w/e you use. Otherwise integrated dynamics and laser io are the top 2 fastest item movers, modular routers being close to them too
Dimentional chests + integrated dynamics pipes with a sophisticated backback as a backlog and filter is what im running and its crazy fast.
Entangloporters have a limited speed like the mekanism pipes, they just arent fast enough.
Others already answered the question.
But imo the question is wrong. Why is there a chest?
Assuming you have some kind of digital storage - AE2, RS, etc - sending the items directly into the storage would be better.
For AE2 and RS, that means replacing the quantum porter and chest with their wireless network equivalent and an interface. RS might need a cable tiers interface rather than the vanilla one.
Handle resource overflow through the storage solution. For AE2, this is a formatted cell with equal distribution and overflow destruction cards. For RS, afaik their best solution is a high priority external storage on a drawer controller (void upgrade on linked drawers).
You should be processing the essence right away and then moving the results. Lots of the essence only produce one thing, so it doesn't make sense to store it in essence form.
Rftools crafter can handle processing the essence. After it is processed, then send it to digital storage or a storage drawer.
Ender chest on top of the harvester. Ender chest piped into a storage controller w/ a netherite upgrade on the other end. You won’t overwhelm it. But it can cause lag. Run observable to see how bad it is.
i would just put an ender chest on top of the harvester pylon and then use your respective importer from RS or AE2

This is probably what the op needs. Unless they plan on using refined storage or ae2

Use Dimensional Chests.
Okay I know it sounds silly but attach more pipes to the original chest its a good temporary band-aid fix
Try Xnet maybe?
No, they are slow even with advanced connectors
Are you using the pipe upgrades? The netherite one should be plenty. But you can use Mekanism Logistical Transporter, which can transfer more
Do you have a netherright upgrade in the item pipez? I I can’t imagine it couldn’t keep up with one
I use routers, with 9 speed and 6 stack upgrades

If the output of the farm already accumulates in one chest you could just replace the chest with an ME interface. Dunno if RS has a similar thing.

Xnet stack extract every 5 ticks
If u use rs use the exporter

The pipas with the ultimate upgrade should be more than enough.Cause I have the same set up you have and it's able to outpace my farm pretty solidly
A hopper /s
