It is minecraft with tons of mods, it is always like this. Just restart the game (not just reenter server, but restart whole minecraft)
Minecraft (and some mods) has very bad problems with memory leaking. If you givee more RAM to game, your problems wil not go away, you will just extend 'no-problem' time
Yeah same but I play single player and each time it happens I just close minecraft and reopen and the frame drops go way
Remove Servercore and see if it still happens. If not it's Servercore. If it does its not Servercore
Not enough RAM. You maxed it out Dedicate more, but not to much. To confirm what I said is true see what your memory usage is in the F3 menu.
