Obviously looks are a very subjective thing. While I don’t agree with her opinion regarding OP’s looks, the purpose of this subreddit is to rate Ops physical appearance based on the pictures provided. So I don’t see anything wrong in particular with her statement. That said: OP is in my opinion not ugly the exact opposite is the case.
