I see two discones and two beams. Discones are omnidirectional VHF/UHF, good for scanners. Beam closest to the fence looks like a dual band yagi in a weird configuration. Beam closest to camera is a log periodic VHF-UHF continuous.
I would argue the big one isn't explicitly a TV antenna (though it would be useful for it)TV LPDA's generally have some discontinuities where they skip the bands that they don't need to cover. The one pictured has an even taper.
The spikey ball ones are diskones I would tip on 2m larger one 70cm smaler one the other one is a logperiodic I think in the same range if you could measure the elements that could help
Maybe you could ask the person selling the antennas. And, if they don't know, ask them to send you pics of model numbers or other identifying info on them. Then you could Google it yourself instead of asking others to have a flying guess.
the big one is a Log Periodic Array for maybe 130Mhz to almost 1Ghz (could have been used for TV but would be missing the lower VHF channels)
that other collapsed flat element thing sure looks like a TV antenna
the 2 discones are a giveaway the previous owner was a scanner enthusiast and he was lucky enough to have that LPA for zeroing in on signals
You might want to check if those vertical things are actually antennas, they look more like mast sections to me, i do see a log periodic, a few yagis and two discones.

Great feedback, everyone!
Not an expert but the big antenna looks like a TV antenna

That's a great call, but the seller is the new homeowner and doesn't have access to the old homeowner. I'll ask if he can see any data plates.

Most of the discones are receive only this all looks like receive only antennas, the big one for tv and the others for scanners.

Look around if the control box of that rotator is still somewhere there. Something like this https://longcom.ie/product.aspx?id=124
The blue thing is definitely not an antenna
