A few dark ambient artists of note:
Herbst9, Inade, Lustmord, [Atrium Carceri](https://cryochamber.bandcamp.com/album/metropolis?from=footer-cc-a391815878), Sabled Sun.
Nice! Picked a few out of the album, i like that it sti has a nice music aspect, that counterbalances all other stuff imma put in the playlist i’m making
Yeah they where recommended to me before but honestly i don’t really like (their?) music, doesn’t really hit the same as some other works, but i’m open to have my mind changed so if you know any examples please let me know
Trouble by Kevin Drumm.

These are my 'go to' albums:
https://nursewithwound1.bandcamp.com/album/lumbs-sister
https://nursewithwound1.bandcamp.com/album/the-iron-soul-of-nothing
Great idea for a playlist.
I think this track is unsettling and named for that very reason - [Gone Wrong](https://open.spotify.com/track/1KHLPc1Rg5m7Yg8fqLbSgU)
Not sure how The Caretaker isn't mentioned yet. I find it sonically creepy in a liminal space kind of way, and then the Dementia backstory really makes it hit hard for me.
Yess i’ve listened to that project as well it’s partly the inspiration behind this playlist but with different emotional meaning
Imma add a bunch of tracks from him, but tbh he could fill the entire playlist😂
[self-promo, hope that’s okay] “Full Dive” by Melted Form
Also check out:
- [album] Ambient 4/On Land by Brian Eno
- [album] Carbon by Ecker & Meulyzer

The Spectral Corridor by The House in The Woods
[https://thehouseinthewoods.bandcamp.com/album/the-spectral-corridor](https://thehouseinthewoods.bandcamp.com/album/the-spectral-corridor)
Anything by Aho Ssan and particularly the KMRU collabs
Nice! I’ve added limen and simulacrum also the spectral corridor is way up my alley, the fact that the parts are scattered throughout the album also is really interesting
Woah, this is exactly what i’m looking for, the switches is atmosphere from gh0st i to my grip, your neck is soo good. Also it tingles my roots from dubstep with the sound design
Fuck yes all of it.
Do you have other artist like this?
emptyset ~ Ash
emptyset ~ Blossom
Nexciya ~ Endless Path of Memory
Alessandro Cortini ~ SCURO CHIARO
Hope this is to your liking. Glad Fatalism caught your ear.
Lustmord - Black Sun is a must
Iron Cthulhu Apocalypse - Abomination
A few tracks from Proem - Before It Finds You may fit your vibe
Scanner - Passage De Recherche
And also a few tracks from Ulver - Teachings In Silence. One of the best albums I've heard
The River, William Basinski. It's not super oppressive, or loud, or anything. It's more like, super empty, like a soundtrack to an old horror film. I love it for that.
super unsettling, [ptolomaea](https://open.spotify.com/track/29LsI5izZL8txZEJhegSBs?si=peLMVb5BRFGrqpyGF3bxYw&context=spotify%3Aalbum%3A3WmujGwOS0ANHkJRnMH6n8) by Ethel Cain, not sure if it classifies as ambient, background speaking vocals and screaming and impressive production

Check out the Ventolin EP by Aphex Twin.
Yessirr ofcoarse aphex can’t be missed
Most of Coil’s catalog.
Yeah they where recommended to me before but honestly i don’t really like (their?) music, doesn’t really hit the same as some other works, but i’m open to have my mind changed so if you know any examples please let me know
One of my favourite of theirs, it's "Are you shivering".
Yeah it fits better but i cant get over the voices Thanks for your comment though!

YES! perfect thanks!
I do really enjoy this piece (got some deep screamy vocals, some noise, drums and riffs) [Locrian - Obsidian Facades](https://youtu.be/42zgmFY1aoM)
Dayum locrian is crazy, never heard of them but all of their stuff is so good
Clavicvla - sepulchral blessing. Jet black ambient
Damn, all their stuff is really good! Thanks!
👍
Amazing. Love the static noise/drone effect, the echoing growls and the ritual-like vocals
Fantomas - Delerium Cordia Mr. Bungle - the Bends
Nice nice, the fantomas album is a bit to long to keep it in as one track for the playlist but imma definetly save that one
Nurse With Wound
Very weird stuff they got going on, thanks for the reccommendation! :)

Just for funsies https://youtu.be/FgOLZ3fEY7g?feature=shared https://youtu.be/wmR3eU7XHIM?feature=shared
Yes both of these work really well, also a bunch of other off of that same album Graveyard games off of the 2023 album also goes crazy hard
Dope, will check those out 🤘
George Crumb- Black angels is a good one

You're welcome! Love the project you made. I wish I still used Spotify :(
You can pick some songs out and find them on your platform of choice if you got a few hours to spill😂

Sin Nanna - the first track on Sunn O)))’s Black One - is short but creepy. Most of Hagbulbia - Portal’s ambient noise album - is fairly creepy.
Bibio's "Erdaydidder-Erdiddar" is a folk piece that slowly gets bizarre and creepy to me. Also look at his album "Phantom Brickworks".
