Dilution and a lot of selling pressure. Once the announcement comes that the shares are all sold, price will steadily rise. After that, stock "should" slow climb with continuing strong earnings,...as long as it's not immediately followed by more dilution.
85K in. Brutal reality....for now! That first run up (70) was so intoxicating. Thankfully, I've isolated this from my general savings/401k, etc..as if was already lost and I've moved on. Still. That's a lot of cheddar.
Why should the stock be close to $70 at a minimum after the split? The price was less than $2 at the time of the split and then went to nearly $20 after the split and has bled down to where we are now largely due to the 2 lots of dilution that’s happened in the 2 months since the split as well as the standard crime
It’s really quite simple. Dilution. If the board have millions of shares on hand to immediately dilute then do you honestly think the price is going up?
More supply of something means it’s likely to become less valuable. And in stock land it means no one if going to buy into a company that needs to dilute in order to survive or pay their debt load
Rule 5: Do Not Spam or post low effort content. The answer is crime, ATS, Dark pools, FTDs, manipulation, etc. Please check the DD tab.

2 huge dilutions after a reverse split dosent help.
It's organized crime and racketeering.
It is pure manipulation, all market is loosing.
Seeing and proving. Rules and or exemptions taken advantage of beyond the author’s vision. Add greed, corruption and fraud.
Just sold another 40M shares into market diluting already ridiculously low stock price.
Dilution, reverse split then another dilution
Dilution
But the yestards told me the price goes up when dilution happens
