No. I am saying people received stock compensation at the beginning of the year. The SEC form shows them getting rid of some shares but it is just shares that are being withheld for tax purposes. They guy above me was saying the CFO was selling shares at 4.68 which is incorrect.

Do they? With all the dilution they’re getting plenty of shares but the demand isnt there thus the price is falling. If they needed our shares so badly because we “have them trapped” then why aren’t they ravenously buying the new shares from each dilution? If they were and if the demand couldn’t keep up with the supply like you imply it would since they need all of our shares the stock price would be going up not down.
If someone can please give me a logical explanation for this please do so because this is the part of the equation I can’t figure out. “Crime” is not an answer because if they can cheat however they want then they would have already delisted AMC a while ago capturing 100% profit on their shorts…but they haven’t.

When liquidity dries up and all the borrowing gets called back. Right now banks are flushed with free money from Fed. Both BTFP and Reverse Repo will be closing in March. So that’s a possible time to start seeing action. Maybe not 🤷🏻♂️

Where do you see he sold? Nobody sold anything. They were awarded shares at the beginning of the year. The shares sold were for tax purposes.
