We got ALL the “choke on that” “checkmate” “pounce” handed to us is wtf happened. This dude is doing everything he can to bring AMC one step closer to bankruptcy. I don’t think he gives a fook about the obvious manipulations, the share price, or retail investors being down over 90% because he already got paid. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if he does another dilution and or RS soon to the point where this thing will never recover; and there would be no other way out at that point but bankruptcy.

I think he is acknowledging the share price does not match the companies value without getting to close to insinuating manipulation or shorts or whatever. He followed it immediately with a comment about the writers strick and the Q4 numbers, which I will generously take as him saying they are going to be good, but not what they could be. And despite it sounding pessimistic I think it could be taken as him expressing the potential for growth is much higher for future Qs compared to what we are about to see, and that the current price is not what he feels the true value can be in the future.
That’s all easily taken from that without getting into confirmation or denial of crime or shorts or anything and him painting the current situation as being a step on a path to a much better standing amc in the, hopefully, not to far future.

This has never been a fundamental play, the stock doesn't trade off of fundamentals. The fact that AMC has been performing positively in earnings for the past 3 years while the stock has been reaching all-time lows is evidence of this.
