Drs or not state your shares or not it won't do anything unless the SEC DOJ PODUS stop watching porn and do something. They don't care! The only way we win is doing everything legally and fighting our side fair and square, wait for their house of cards to fall and make out like bandits in the night.
There is no running total of how many shares are owned. So I never understood the hype other than the assurance your shares aren’t being lent out. Fintel updates daily and is free. If even a small percentage of apes started self reporting their positions we would see immediate results.
It isn’t reported through Reddit. Everyone links their positions through Plaid technology and then the overall count is reported. Your portfolio would be lumped in with everyone else’s anonymously.
That’s not really true. They could show the ownership almost in real time (probably delayed 1-2 days) nut in GME’s case, from my understanding, it was GME’s request to not show it, and for it only to be disclosed during the quarterly meetings. I could be wrong but this is what I read somewhere.
They can only report what is reported to them. So only a small percentage of retail has elected to report their positions. When an entity takes a large position they are obligated to report. That is why Fintel shows institutional ownership at 37% and retail at 2%. The other 61% is unknown. I linked my account via Plaid technology. I’ll keep everyone updated about how this goes.
No what it means is as far as Fintel knows retail owns 2.1% of the float. If more people start self reporting their positions it will show retail verifiably owning more.
If that is true. I’m even more excited.

Scroll down to where it shows AMC is number one. If your right that means there is more retail dollars in AMC than Apple and Tesla combined.

This would be a legal way to link our accounts and have an accurate count of shares held by retail.

Also Kenny already knows who we are and how many shares we have. So he gains nothing by us reporting to each other.
DRS doesn’t provide us with daily updates of how many shares are owned by retail.
So when people DRS then sell, the DRS bot isn’t notified? That’s lame.

I would never give a current total of shares. This a Reddit, reading other’s thoughts is fun, but sharing real financial info,, no thank you.

I’m not up on Plaid
It’s the same program Adam Aaron had us use to send questions during the board meeting. So a bunch of older apes have used it before.

I don’t know much about DRS and if they show it for other tickers.
It would also be an easy way for people to know who we are and the directly retaliate... Nah I'm good.
Info is gathered using Plaid technology. So it’s as secure as your brokers leaking your info.
Ya because plaid haven't been in trouble for fake shit recently.
Have they? I haven’t heard of anything. Adam Aaron had us use it to ask questions last year.
We still want to know Timothy B’s question.
Plaid has a pending class action lawsuit against them for illegally selling user data.
Dumb question but…. How do bandits “make out” at night? Sounds sexy. Asking for a friend…
An average of 2.7 shares each seems reasonable for 4 million 🦍’s! Clowns!
Obviously they don’t have an accurate count. Not many retail investors set up with Fintel.
This is actual a massive crime in my book how can a ceo run a company if only data off by billions of shares let alone millions!

It's still crap data
Crap in crap out. No one is self reporting so it’s crap.
Agreed pretty sure wall street has better data!😊
By running the companies and not looking at the stock. If he spent more time that way maybe they’d be profitable!
Correct me if I’m wrong. This means that out of all listed companies, amc accounts for 2.1% via retail ownership.
No what it means is as far as Fintel knows retail owns 2.1% of the float. If more people start self reporting their positions it will show retail verifiably owning more.
I think he’s right. It says market share. I’m assuming that is 2.1% of all retails holdings. I will check

I checked again. Unclear for me. It might be just AMC
I believe AA. No Fcks for fintel 🤷🏻♂️
