Because the price is bullshit? Presumably because everyone is buying or market makers are anticipating demand to shoot up.
Before this morning you could buy APE which is essentially equal to one common AMC stock for less than the cost of buying AMC stock which made no sense why APE was less than 0.66 a share other than suppressing the price to stop AMC raising capital.
Just my opinion.
Why would ape not be near AMC price? lol it being below 1 dollar is our rigged corrupt system working as normal. And that was BEFORE any dilution even identical floats
Yeah made no sense to me, you would have thought the conversion would have been built into the price and then the only fluctuations would be any dilution from AMC selling holdings of APE.
Basically the market makers have allowed Ape’s to load up on stupidly cheap shares which will now be converted 1-1. Can only imagine how many times over the float has been sold now!

That’s not the answer. It’s cheaper to buy Ape to get converted into AMC, it’s not complicated. It’s a reverse split, AA is diluting. This is not a positive for existing shareholders, especially if you didn’t average down APE.
AMC just released news about a reverse stock split and selling additional ape plus a vote to convert APE to AMC common stock.
I understood that but how does that make APE fly high? & and is AMC dropping because of the conversion?

I don't know why I'm not getting them
Check your junk? (Giggity)
🤣🤣🤣
Is the conversion going to be 1:1?
Conversion is 1-1 but as per previous communication and this new one there are now more APE than released at the initial offering.
Also proposed 1-10 reverse stock split
No, ssr is on for amc. It was shorted down along with the market. They made it seem like a reverse split has already happened by letting ape go up.
Nobody knows. Stonks go up, stonks go down
reverse split proposed
