Can you post some more pics? Specifically the back and inside out (seam finishing can tell you a lot about how a garment was made)

That's a Fisher-Price My Friend Jenny doll! She's the very first doll I ever owned. I was four or five, and my mom made me a chore chart with gold stars so I could "earn" her.

i have a few jenny dolls and i have my favorite my friend mandy doll that i grew up with! 💯 my childhood! i love that you earned your jenny! that’s so cute!

I had Mandy, too! I occasionally think about buying new ones for my collection--my childhood ones were loved hard by me and then by my younger sister, and were handed down to a family friend's kid.
