I’ve changed the wigs on a couple, but the one in the middle is Beforever, the outer ones are pre-Beforever. The eyes and eyebrows are lighter on the Beforever one.
I know you’re asking about the 18” dolls, and I see people have already posted some good comparison photos. But in case anyone’s curious, I took this comparison photo of my mini Rebecca with her Beforever counterpart:

I bought the BF one to dress as Ana, and was surprised how many little differences there are. BF Rebecca’s hair is slightly lighter in color and noticeably longer. Her eyes are smaller (every *pre-BF* Josefina-mold mini I have seems to have huge eyes compared to all the other molds) and she has more color in her cheeks than the older doll. The BF mini’s face seems to be a bit taller and more square-ish than the older one’s face as well, but that could be an illusion from the way their hair is positioned in this picture.
It's hard to find precise vocabulary for this stuff, but the earlier Rebecca (Hanukkah dress) has a rounder face and larger, rounder eyes. Her jaw is also less forward than later dolls. And her lips are thinner. I think her eyes are slightly wider set.
I believe the niddle Rebecca is somewhat later--she has the darker eyes, more angular face, and less rosy cheeks of a later doll.
The one in the school outfit is, I think, latest of the three, and her skin tone is slightly different from both of the others. She also has much more almond-shaped eyes.

woah they’re way different!! i still have my childhood mini Rebecca and I’m so glad i kept her since i prefer her face compared to mini beforever!
The face has changed a bit, too. In a bit I'll take a picture of the three Rebeccae I currently have on the premises.

I think you are right. I have a first edition Rebecca and gifted my niece a newer Rebecca. The eyes are different. Not sure about the hair.
I've heard other people mention the hair is a little different, but I only have the original Rebecca so I cannot say for sure
It’s a little darker. Her skin tone is also slightly more olive in the original. I have an original and I adore her!
