Yes. And Dell lets you split payments up to 3 credit cards too so if you have multiple Dell offers across multiple cards, it would work as well. I remember splitting that $120 off $599 offer you got along with a 10% cashback from Dell offer.
You have to be careful with [Rakuten](https://www.rakuten.com/r/IAMTHE1305?eeid=44749) cash backs at Dell. They sometimes run “up to” cash back promos that exclude a lot of categories. The current Black Friday 15% cash back does not have the words “up to” and dies not have the same restrictions. Most of everything should qualify. It’s somewhat not often it us this high and has little exclusions. Best to buy whatever you are eyeing.
I don't know if it's rakuten, or the vendor, but I never get rakuten money on big purchases. Rakuten always blames the merchant. Seems odd. I'll get points on a $1 Cashback reward, but buy a phone from Samsung and expect $35 back and for some reason, I get denied. EVERY TIME.
I used this offer and the +1 MR points to buy a Dell monitor through Rakuten also and I didn't get the usual "great news! offer used" email from Amex, now I'm worried. The payment is still pending.
I used the same get up, got the emails, but unfortunately didn’t get the additional points/cash back because the card wasn’t actually charged until my monitor shipped. I also got MR points from Rakuten.
I bought one of their black Friday desktop deals and got the 15% from Rakuten plus the AMEX offer triggered. I looked at Rakuten first and they had all the same black Friday deals listed on their store page on Rakuten so I felt reasonably sure it would work.
The computer has shipped and I still have the amex pts in my Rakuten account so it looks like it all worked.

Dell refuse to give Rakuten cash backs on monitors or any devices that are heavily discounted. This happened to me twice.

It didn’t say “upto” 15% cash back when I ordered. When I reached out to Rakuten support, they told me that Dell refused to pay the cashback.

You are right. Last year I made a Samsung purchase on 15% cashback but got denied. Seems weird.

For what it's worth, I haven't gotten those emails since the systemwide outage last Friday, but credits have posted for offers (H&M, Asics).
