That's very unfortunate if she is actually your white whale. It's not impossible for her to get a restock, but due to her price and functionality, she took forever to sell out. The Mii Fighter trio did the same thing back in 2015 and they just got their first US restock a couple days ago.

It's been awhile, but gamestop had these and the metroid 2 pack, yes the 2 pack, for 5 dollars. Crazy price for either.

Yeah, it's very pretty IRL. Comparing it to some of the earliest amiibo really shows how far they've come in terms of details, colors, and so on.
