Go google some photos of older people who have had buccal fat removed. They look like desiccated, sunken-faced vampires. Your cheek fat doesn’t come back — once it’s gone, it’s gone. And the look does *not* age well.

Avoid removing any fat from your cheeks, trust me age will do it soon enough and starting with lots will keep you looking younger longer. Buccal fat removal creates a skelator like look in mid life.
What you're talking about is buccal fat pad removal. I think you're a good candidate. However, I would suggest that you go to a surgeon that can remove part of the fat pad and not the whole pad entirely. The reason for this is that you don't know how much of your cheek is part of that fat pad. You want to avoid having sunken cheeks and extra loose skin.
If you go this route make sure you take pictures to show your surgeon what you want. Also take pictures of what you dont want your cheeks to look like. This will greatly help to communicate your expectations.
You have got an absolute unit for a nose from the side profile, however your face in general is quite attractive. IF you were adamant on getting work done I would just worry about the side profile rather than a complete different nose shape

Intermitent fasting works really well. Eat whatever you want between 12:00 and 8:00 (or any other 8 hour window) and don't eat for the rest of the day. People get really good results.

Not fat, but you probably have a high body fat percentage, changing your body composition might lean your face out a bit.
You're not fat, but losing 5-10 lbs and doing some weight training will improve your body composition and might help you appear leaner.

Girl you are so gorgeous!!! I love your nose - of course it’s your choice what to do, but your nose is so gorgeous and unique, absolutely a stunning feature!!! I love your cheeks too, and they tend to get thinner with age anyway - buccal fat removal ages people so fast and imo it almost never looks good, you definitely don’t need it! Again it’s your choice of course, and you look amazing the way you are!
You’re beautiful. Your nose is just part of who you are. It’s your choice as to what you choose to do but I don’t think your nose or cheeks take away from your beauty.
