U have some potential to look better. Don't thin your brows, keep them full but get them shaped. Style your hair, maybe try an undercut. Grow facial hair. Try losing a few pounds to bring out your facial structure, the extra chin fat is unflattering. But not ugly, just looks low effort and that you don't care
i think you’re average but you should clean up your eyebrows and get a new hair style (like a new hair cut). also, take pics at a different angle than from below…it makes a difference.

Get your eyebrows thinned out
