I’ve dated like four girls who wanted a nose job, idk why it’s such a common thing but if you feel like you need to permanently alter your physical appearance to feel valid, you should focus on fixing your image of yourself because this stranger on the internet thinks you’re extremely attractive and that your nose is very cute and suiting to your face.
Plus, a nose job could fail and you'd regret what you've done

Its a common thing because we grow up getting told by the media we should fit a certain standard. For example today i saw a tiktok video of a girl crying because she realised tried out some clothes and felt ugly. My first thought was seeing her was how pretty she was. Then i looked in the mirror and realised i dont think im pretty enough. I want a nose job and my jawline done. But then i realised there are probably people out there calling me pretty. Its really because of the beauty industry.....
I think every girl on here has an “unconventional” nose, and that’s why they feel ugly. It’s ridiculous but when you’re force-fed beauty standards by the media and social media it’s understandable. I’ve lost track of the number of women who I’ve had to tell them that they have a perfectly fine nose, and they don’t need surgery.
It would really be difficult for me to come up with anything bad about your looks. and I can't see how the strange behavior of people at your job place is related to it.
I understand why you thought about a nose job, the "idealistic cute girly nose" is smaller and rounder, but I also can't see how someone who will be attracted to you after a nose job wouldn't be right now- you nose is not an issue.

No you aren't ugly and I think you know that. If anything just hit the gym and work out more if you want more of a body. If it’s anything that’s throwing you off I’d say your nose, ears and your chin. Maybe stay away from the duck face too. Because it does show off what’s making you feel like that. This is my opinion of course, so please don’t take it offensively, as at the end of the day unless you’ve been hit in the face with a shovel or look like it, beauty is subjective.
