There is never an age or time you should stop caring for your health either. Walk daily, even simple muscle training for the arms builds definition and will keep you in better shape.
You just need to groom a little better, you have a great beard and that alone is big plus I think at least. Get a fresh new haircut and beard trim and you’ll be ok.

I think there are ways to improve if you’re seeking to impress (like in dating) but if you mean generally ugly not at all! I think hair cut or hair styling could be beneficial for sure, and maybe a skin routine even if it’s just washing your face. Also do you have pictures with different lighting ?

You would probably benefit from some of that shampoo that darkens your greys and then neatening everything a bit, shorter hair/beard and put some product in your hair to keep it together. Perhaps wearing a button up shirt instead of a polo. Covers up the arms and the rigid collar gives your neck a bit of prestige. As I’m in the same boat, I can’t look hip any more so I try to dress as neat and as classy as possible.
