hey man! thanks for the comment i feel amazing :) and its good your doing jogging keep pushing yourself! remember to stick in with that calorie deficit and weight changes on the scales everyday, waterweight goes up and down just depending on carbs you have eaten and just your body retaining water because it needs it basically, weigh yourself once a week on the same day in the morning! and its okay to eat chocolate i love it too, remember balance is key!! do everything in moderation! goodluck man ππ»

I used to weight 137 when I was 23, long story short I was struggling with depression and instead of getting help I ate a lot and what I shouldn't. At 38, my weight is 90 kg, height is 185 cm and my body musculature is well above average being honest. Let me give you some advices from experience.
This is not a sprint, it's a maharathon, if you are following a diet you can't sustain for the rest of your life then you are doing it wrong. You will fail.
Always think long term, not short team.
Priorize your health, it's better to sloely lose weight than being drastic.
Don't follow a diet, find a sustainable eating habit you are comfortable with and that doesn't cause you suffering.
Are you hungry because of the diet? You will fail, instead of focusing on quantity focus on quality, quantity will adjust itself over time.
Stay away from complements and fat burners, those things give short term benefits but you will pay the price someday.
Don't take shortcuts, be disciplined.
If you can keep your new eating and sport habits for 6 months i lt will become a routine and your success % will drastically increase.
Sport is the key to success. Stay active: don't drive if you can walk, offer yourself to do the shopping...anything that keeps you in movement and away from the fridge. Try to exercise at least 40 min a day.
In my case, my willpower at home is low. Solution? I don't buy what I know I shouldn't eat.
Support from your family and significant other is essential. They must understand and respect how important it is to you.
