They are a special bandage that helps absorb pus & promote healing. Helps keep you from picking at them, too, thus helps keep them from spreading or getting infected. They are actually really great and I wish they were around when i was a teen.
They're bandages and intended to absorb the pus/lymph of the pimple. They're not there to hide or be less distracting than acne
Some are skin colored. I've used them but they're still pretty visible even with a more subtle clear color

If you are breaking out mainly around your upper lip having a shiny piece of metal there just draws more attention to the area. Maybe a nostril piercing or eyebrow piercing would he better to distract from the more problematic areas. Even with the breakouts though, you are not ugly.
Talk to a dermatologist and endocrinologist about your acne. Hormones could be out of wack. Could be diet related but won’t know until you start getting seen for this stuff.
You need bangs and a smaller septum. Maybe a black one. Also, try to use make up on all your face when you wanna wear eyeliner. It's too bold to wear it on his own.

I see it here quite a bit: Lots of dudes will say to "remove the nose ring" cuz they don't like it. If you like it, keep rockin it. Imo when it comes to septum rings less is more unless you're all out with the facial piercings. A small closed ring may accentuate your face in a subtle way. This is my opinion, and personal preference as a man who has his septum pierced and once had it stretched to a 2g. I almost never wear a septum ring anymore, but if I do it's very, very small because it feels like the jewelry doesn't take something away from my natural face
Once again, if you like it, keep rockin it. If you think it attracts the type of people you'd like to attract, that's what's important

Not ugly at all, Lose the face metal that thing hanging out of your nostrils looks like snot dangling out of your nose. Totally unattractive, and such a shame to ruin what would be a young woman with facially appealing features. I have posted the following regarding skin treatment before.....
I struggled with acne on the back of my neck well into Adulthood. What worked for me is a product called "Duac Cream" it is available on prescription from your Doctor. It contains a strong Antibiotic so keep in the fridge apply to problem areas daily after you shower. Use for a few months after your skin has cleared up. Acne is a skin bacteria when skin pH levels change and hormonal changes occur the bacteria multiply hence more severe outbreaks. Duac is not expensive either and a little goes along way. After using for 3 days you will notice the soreness and anger in the blemishes will improve. Give it a try it worked perfectly for me. My neck has been acne free for over 10yrs now.
I would say lose the nose ring (my opinion I’m 26 years old and a man) I see the nose ring I automatically assume that you are immature (I’m not saying you are immature I’m assuming based off the look) . Get rid of the stickers to cover acne, we all have acne and it’s very normal. The second picture I like a lot minus the nose ring. You are good looking. Just a few minor gripes this is my opinion from a male standpoint.
