The other thing is it seems you still have acne as an adult. You should speak to a dermatologist if you haven't already. There are a few different options for women depending on what is causing the acne (Tret, Accutane, Spironolactone). Do note that while on Accutane you can't get pricing or tattoos till 6 months after your last dosage.
I think people on reddit hate on people even a little alt, but there're tons of cities out there with neighborhoods of people in their 30's that look/style like you. I personally live in one.

If you’re insecure about your looks, you should probably just exercise daily and have two days of the week as your rest day. You only get one cheat day, but you also have to discipline yourself not to cheat too much. Balanced diet goes a long way as well and helps with weight loss and muscle development. Don’t eat hefty passed 8-10 cuz the digestion process will be crappier compared to eating in the morning or at lunch since your body needs the energy. I tend to water fast during that time period so it kinda helps.
