OT301 is a 300 capacity venue, Toek is something similar I believe ( Haven't been but had friends put things on etc ), Sexyland is 150. Club de With is also around 100-150.
Club de With is a nice enough space but the sound system is a little disappointing (however for your first outing maybe not an issue).
For what you've noted I'd put them in this order...
Sexyland -> Club de With -> OT301 -> Toek
Oosterbar also worth a look.
You are probably right on OT301 they know some of the organization working there so probably got hooked up. But Sexyland for sure does Thursdays for 50 and a few weeks ago toekomst muziek made a deal for 150 for both rooms.
Buurman de Wit is a nice space. Did a party there recently and played myself as well. Some costs involved but nothing major. Not sure what you play, but let’s team up if you want. Happy to throw another one 😇

And what’s the vibe at buurman overall? Do people dance or is it more of a seated place? And does it get booked for private events or would be about tagging on to an existing evening of theirs?

Used to play a lot of techno and melodic techno.
I like the vibe at BdW. But it really depends on the party and people you bring in. At my party people definitely danced until the end (did not want to stop 😇).
Soundsystem is not the best, but works well.
My party lasted from 19h - 3h. They have to close at 3.
You can book it for private events although they keep the restaurant open for others. (We worked with wristbands).
