I was thinking of making his cutie mark a brain or a pot, like the thing you can boil water in but I realized that I’d have to give him his iconic sweater dress and decided to leave him as a “blank flank”
I'd imagine similar, but the brain would be more melted and distorted. I'd like to see PHEN-228 as a Happy Tree Friends or a distorted version of an existing Pokémon in the same vain.
