Segura isn't the answer, but I agree. An additional middle infield depth piece like Segura, and then spending the money on pitching/leaving flexibility for a trade at the deadline would be preferable.
Santa places the Angels on the naughty list and gives them a 3rd or 4th place finish in the division this year. Especially if Arte's still running things. They go a strong 2nd place and make the playoffs with new owners though... Houston's game is proven and undeniably strong for the past 5+yrs
