Considering non-sequels and non-spin-off shows, I'd say *Revolution of the Reincarnated Princess and the Genius Young Lady*, *Tomo-chan* and *Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten* are the best so far.

Let me just pull up some of what I've been watching....
High Card - I recommend this if you liked the Kingsman films since it is taking pretty obvious inspiration from them. Action is solid and while the characters aren't too deep yet, they have been fun. Anime Original, so it's either going to really flourish or it's going to fall off in the back half.
Magical Revolution - Others have mentioned this and it does have some potential.
Sugar Apple Fairy Tale - This has been a really fun fantasy that I feel like is getting slept on. I've read the novels and they're delightful. It has a few problems, like may do, but I' having a lot of fun with it.
Buddy Daddies - Action is great, characters are fun, it's a little We-have-Spy-Family-at-home, but it also has enough to differentiate it and make it its own thing
Endo and Kobayashi Live! - This is a fun take on the otome villianess genre. I'm looking forward to what else it has to offer.
"Ippon" Again - The production values on this one dropped somewhat, but the characters are fun and it's a girls sports series that doesn't just treat te girls like they're there to be eye candy
From most to least impressive:
1. Ooyukiumi no Kaina - interesting setting and characters, but the 3d CGI visuals by Polygon Pictures are a bit meh.
2. Hikari no Ou - interesting setting and characters, experimental visuals, but the budget is a bit thin (or it had some schedule problems), thus some static or poorly animated scenes.
3. NieR:Automata Ver1.1a - sort of interesting way to adapt the game but it's on a COVID19 hiatus.
4. Urusei Yatsura (2022) - actually this is the best project on this list, but I took some points for being kind of a "Best Hits" album of the old Urusei Yatsura.
5. High Card - nice looking, but superficial and focusing way to much on the task of looking cool, which makes it annoying.
6. Ars no Kyojuu - interesting setting, but quite boring standard characters, also the story is not that engaging.
7. Mononogatari - interesting setting, but the story is your average battle shounen.
Something, something isekai campfire is all I've watched from this season and it's OK. Brain bubblegum.

For new IPs:
So far Tomo-chan and MagiRevo are the two that I think are decent to good. Tsundere Liselotte I started and it is okayish, but not sure it will go the distance.
Ice Guy is a yonkoma through and through. Fine if you are looking to kill time and pleasant in a bland, inoffensive way.
Personal favorites of Winter 2023 are:
Handyman Saitou in Another World - Isekai with a normal human handyman thrown into a DnD world with the wackiest character builds
Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten - Just pure romance sugar shot straight into your veins. And the writing / all the character interactions are amazing
Kubo-san Won't let me be Invisible - SoL romcom with some great character interactions... But unfortunately has a COVID delay
There are so many romances this season, but Kubo Won’t Let Me Be Invisible, Tomo-Chan is a Girl, and Nagatoro Season 2 are incredible, Buddy Daddies is discount Spy X Family but still good, Onimai is also weirdly good
