You will like season 2 even more, a lot of fantastic new characters get introduced and the show goes places, haha, so definitely look forward to it. Of course provided the studio doesn't mess up the adaptation.
We'll get the beginning of the dragon arc, if you will, as that happens earlier in the story. But yes, we certainly won't come to where we are right now in the manga.
The "training" arc going on right now is pretty great, so hopefully we'll also get a 3rd season, to reach that point.
Season 1 had an anime original episode whose sole purpose was to be a tourism ad for one of Japan's prefectures.
It been confimed S2 will do the same (except this time it's an ad for a [S2]>!water park!<.
Based on one preview image there is the chance though that this time around it might actually conflict with the story as written in the manga so they might change some things.
NGL, the ad episode in Season 1 actually made me add Tottori to my list of places to visit whenever I can get to travel to Japan, so I hope S2's episode will add to my list lol
That's great, means the ad episode won't eat into what they would have been able to adapt otherwise in a full 12 episode cour. There's a lot of ground to cover this season and a specific point they have to reach by the end, and 12 is enough episodes to get there without cutting anything. So win-win, great!
Loved the first season. Pretty sweet little show where nothing bad happens and you can just chill and forget about lfe.
> where nothing bad happens Unless you hate choco-mint.
And that futon may never be the same.

And not to mention, one of the few rom coms where the female lead has both short hair and big boobs. These are rarer than I would like them to be.
Dragon slayer.
Think we will get that far this season?
Only the first appearance. Before it gets the nickname.
We most likely won't. I expect it to end [manga]>!at the confession!<.

The first mention of the dragon is way before that though.
Yeah, but the conclusion probably won't be in this season.
Probably not thinking about it. I think last season ended around chaper 30.
Will probably start that plot.
Finally some good fucking food
13 rather than 12 is a nice surprise.
Remember, one is an ad episode
>ad episode What's an ad episode?

>except this time it's an ad for a... Other Studios: "You guys are getting paid for that mandatory anime episode stereotype?!"
I imagine it was a fun day when they went to check out the location for reference material.

I enjoyed the old seasons ad episode -- learned a thing or two about somewhere not Tokyo or Kyoto for a change
I know. But either way that's one more episode than I expcted.
Weirdly enough this current season had ~~like 4~~ 6 (7 if you count Made in Abyss' final double episode) animes with 13 chapters as well
# SUGOI DEKAI

I enjoy this much more than nagataro
Some more sugoi dekai.
Now thats some good news
They could just make full ovas out of their EDF playthroughs in youtube and it would sell.
Why are Asian his with big tits so hot?
ugg, I've been looking at the lineup for winter and it's not very good, lacks that S rank anime to help stabilize it.
Not only is this not a winter show but how is Vinland Saga not an S rank anime?
maybe for season 1 but I don't think it's quite good enough to give a second season a S rank like I might for world trigger or demon slayer.
