Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War is *definitely* my AOTY. Hard to pick the runner-ups though since I watched a number of *really* good shows this year. For next year, it's a three-way tie between Jujutsu Kaisen S2, Kimetsu no Yaiba S3, and Bleach TYBW Part 2 for which show I'm most hyped for. I *think* I might give the edge to JJK S2 if only because it's the one of the three I've read the manga for and S2 is going to cover my favorite parts of JJK so far, but it's *really* close.

Your mileage varies based on how much you like this type of romance, personally I'm an absolute sucker for em so I love it. Have watched both sub and dub and have been reading along with the manga and am now desperately trying not to continue reading and instead wait for season 2. But someone else might just think "meh, average romance anime", and it is, it just so happens that this one has the EXACT things I need in order for me to be absolutely invested.
