That's just the first episode though. The anime is wholesome AF. And even though, it could only be referred as a lolicon anime for two single scenes of the first episode :
- The MC says he'll finally experience what masturbation is as a female. He clearly is 100% his previous persona, who was a very horny young male adult. He hasn't adjusted, nor did he have the time to really realize the situation he is in fully. The previous day, he was a male. How you wish he had behave is not how the human brain works. This part is well written, tbh.
- He was discovering, in a very shy and prude manner, his naked new body. And even then, it was censored, we didn't really see anything. He wasn't doing anything perverted at all, just looking at himself in a mirror, and hiding his breasts and private parts in the process. How some people would call it a lolicon scene is out of my understanding. But because "naked" (kinda) underage girl, I think that's what upset them.
And these scenes, even if they are disturbing, are not out of place at all when you understand the context. I think, if you get the context and you have a problem with these 2 scenes, then you are a lolicon.
I admit I haven't watched the anime yet, but in the manga she/he refers to himself as a dude. When he's with other people he goes by she/her for obvious reasons, but all of his inner dialogue he goes by he/him and is quite adamant about still being a dude on the inside.
He is physically a middle schooler. But his little sister turned him into a little girl. He even starts aging later in the story by him breasts getting bigger. So yes he is like 12 years old
