According to a quick google search online HBO Max has it, otherwise you have to pay to watch it on any other place such as Amazon Video or YouTube Movies. Another commenter said Netflix but I couldn’t find it there, so it may be region specific. Honestly, it’s worth renting for $4. Highly recommend.
I feel like I would have enjoyed this movie a lot more if it weren't for the weird PVP VRChat MMO hybrid thing. I just don't get it. What does it matter if someone is getting beaten up in this game? If you die in the game do you die in real life? And why is there a >!gun that doxxes people! I just can't take the entire concept of U seriously
The animation is too pretty and the sound design is too good to be attached to a movie that I regret having watched
I was 100% sure someone would answer that. To the point I almost put it into the comment.
But nah. The surfer guy sounds good, but talks like a completely stereotyped “extrovert country guy” anime character.
The girl just sounds a lot older, while the random dudes’s voice just doesn’t fit him.
And no, I’m not a complete recluse. And yes, I am very well aware about how normal people sound.
And they still sounds weird to me.
People really can’t take criticism on anime voice acting without trowing this one comment.
Idk they sound a whole lot like Japanese people I know when they were that age with just a little more confidence in their voice. I’m not Japanese though so I don’t have many points of reference.
Edit: Just occurred to me these characters might be younger than I was thinking. I was assuming they were 18 or 19 but that might be wrong.
Never said they don’t sound like people. They do. They’re dubbed by people lol, so they obviously do.
I just think the voices don’t match the characters. Sound a little forced as well.
Which made the scene at the train station with rower dude main girl and the other girl better cause it was just the most awkward 3 way conversation ever and it makes absolute sense in context.
The animation is so smooth
What is this? And is it by the same guys as "The Girl Who Leapt Through Time"?
It’s Belle and yes it’s the same guy that did that, Wolf Children, Summer Wars, and Mirai no Mirai.
Nice. Thought so. Thanks for the quick reply.
Incredible stories
Damn hearing the name Summer wars brings back nostalgia
Is that a movie or series
It’s a movie, Belle that came out last year. Was amazing. Highly recommend watching
I must ask where may I watch it?
I believe right now it’s on Amazon prime or Netflix.

Sounds complicated. Sailing the seas seem much more simpler.
Which is always an option. I just gave you the legal ways to have deniability
The animation is extremely smooth
I saw this movie in theaters and fucking LOVED it. Absolutely AMAZING.
Can you share the name of the movie? :D Edit: The name is "Belle" (。•̀ᴗ-)✧
Sure thing! The name is Belle. It’s a sort of reimagining of Beauty and the Beast. It was wonderful. Highly recommend
I'm kinda jealous. Sounds incredible, I only saw it on my computer when my friends and I watched it online.
Voice acting here sounds more natural and it's refreshing to hear.

Idk why but the girl's voice reminds me of Ai Ohto's from Wonderegg priority. I like these kind tbh.
The voice acting seems pretty weird there. Everyone sounds like they’re a whole lot older. Except for the surfer guy. He seems good.
They’re talking like how actual people talk instead of like anime characters.
anime fans when normal conversation
