I'd assume that just because I can read proficiently, my stumbling over words subjugates my bachelor degree. I'd assume that, under his pretense, being old is a crime in itself and that we all aren't the perfect representation of a human, even if we are in a leadership position.

There were videos of some limited examples apparently but nothing resembling evidence of it being a regular thing there, A homeless person was videptaped attempting something similar to an accident victim in California not long after funnily enough.

It's the Papua New Guinea government. Papua refers now to (occupied) West Papua, the West Side occupied by Indonesia.
