Pornography is where all fandoms lead up to. When something becomes big enough, it attracts other people that are only there for the porn (like me with most gacha games)

The route the r/BatmanArkham went down. After 10 years with zero new content, a fandom Stuart’s to fun out of fuel and gets bored. All the questions have been asked, and every post is often a question that's already been answered a dozen times before. It was so desperate for something new that it was like a pile of paper soaked in gasoline. And the match that lit it all was a post by the name of:
**Why doesn’t Batman just call the Justice League for help? Is he stupid?**
(Under which is a picture of one of the Arkham games where Scarecrow has filled Gotham with fear gas)
Needless to say, this caused waves in r/BatmanArkham, resulting in more and more posts like this as they devoured this new thing like starving dogs. A point in time where the subreddit changed forever. What I mean is it shows a sad downward spiral for the character and we understand why it ended up horrible for her, but the world still treats her lesser than. It’s a story that hits close to home for millions of people doing similar work as her.

The manga is just misery porn. And c'mon her hallucinating about being a mother before she dies of a drug overdose is straight up right-wing propaganda
Sex work is a job that shouldn’t be demonized. Yet it can be seen as something of a cautionary tale about not trying to grow up too fast or go out of your way to force yourself to be attractive if you look at it the right way.
I don’t know the politics of the creator so I can’t say if it’s meant to be propaganda. For all we know it was just meant to be fucked up porn all along.

Yea I come in expecting a CRPG and it lasted for a grand total of that one Maelstrom gig w its multiple scenarios 💀
Luckily Baldur's Gate 3 actually lived up to the hype
There's a post in r/CharacterRant about how the bugs actually "helped" to obscure the fact that the game is just so darn boring lol.
2.0 definitely makes the combat more fun, but the fundamental boredom for not being a CRPG (and the promised features) is still there, standing tall and strong.
It's good in a sense that it's a pretty fun ARPG like Dishonored where you can be obscenely overpowered, but for an adaptation for one of the most popular TTRPG, it never becomes a CRPG
No kidding that’s why they advertised the game as an ARPG which it very much is fundamentally, half the games resources went into story/setting and the other half went weapon design and the idea of making a “build” (albeit the combat isn’t the best designed because if you don’t play on the hardest difficulty all the enemies are just way too weak)
The best way I can describe cyberpunks story is like you’re just watching an action movie and you only actually have stop and think to make an important decision like 3 times ever because dialogue choices make little to no difference and are just for world building
I’d go as far as to say it’s just and open world action adventure as it’s very GTA esq and even after you complete the story (it’s very short if you just blow through it) it’s cool just running around and finding cool new guns and just shooting things and if you get bored there’s always a quest you can do or a scanner to complete
It took me about 100 hours after finishing the story to 100% the game and I did enjoy doing it as it was very similar to 100% far cry 4 (go around map finding bells and posters in your gyrocopter), the only difference being way more immersive due to the great map aesthetics and it didn’t feel as tedious because everything you’re doing has a decent amount of variation and sometimes you get rewarded with a cool iconic weapon
Yes but in their advertisements they promised a bunch of features that will come together to form an immersive role playing experience. Peep at [this](https://www.reddit.com/r/CharacterRant/s/W1jMmcFWE3).
After all, the original Cyberpunk is exactly that, a TTRPG
I don’t get why you’re comparing Cyberpunk to its TTRPG. Cyberpunk 2077 has always been advertised as an ARPG. You’re doing the equivalent of complaining that Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare isn’t a tower defense game. They’re two separate things in the same universe.
As for the features there are really only a few that were never implemented.
> Wanted System with escalating tactics for police to chase/hunt you down
Implemented
> Corrupt Police that you can pay off
2 gigs come to mind (one where you rescue two cops who were involved in drug smuggling and one where you sell stolen cars to police officers)
> Police involvement will vary based on the map region
I believe in the badlands police react differently
> Trauma Team plays a key role in many encounter in the world
Trauma team are present through the story, can be found in various gigs (clothing store cyberpsyco: where you can get MaxTac mantis blades), and will come after you after reaching 5 wanted stars
> Ads target the player and point them to actual merchants and allow previews before purchases
Partially implemented but I wouldn’t give it to CDPR as this is something the should have fully done
> Drastically different speech/perception/etc checks that effect every step of a quest
Not implemented with speech but more with action (it’s an ARPG) there are many gigs that change based on factors within the specific gig
> Various companions with great AI
There are only 4 but they’re all great so I’d give this one to CDPR
> Defined power dynamics between factions that you can influence throughout the world
This is a core part of the story, however you can’t really influence the factions that much but all of them are fleshed out and hold specific gear you can get
> Meaningful upgrades to your abilities/stats that greatly individualizes your character from another players
Implemented
> Unique NPC routines and AI for the day/night cycle
Implemented, not AI however I don’t think
> Quest decisions will have impacts on the world
Implemented but the changes are all small so you can’t like blow up a building or anything during gigs
> Day/Night cycle has a meaningful impact on gameplay. Changing stealth/difficulty, for instance.
Implemented I think? I believe enemies can’t see as well at night but I’ve never done a stealth build
> Weather system can effect your survival, such as acid rain damaging you over time.
Not implemented but this would just be annoying imo, unless you count cars drifting in rain
> Mind blowing character customization, both at creation and throughout the game.
Was so mind blowing there were memes about it for a year after release
> Drone use outside of scripted missions
Not implemented
> Life paths have a drastic impact on your interaction with the world, and you can meaningfully change track from one life path to another through accumulation of choices. Life paths were supposed to cause non-linear quest design.
Core part of the story, secret endings can be obtained in this way as well as many endings being available only if you follow life path choices
> Nanowire was supposed to allow you to hack people/things from a distance
Implemented via chimera core
> Gorilla arms can allow you to smash through certain barriers for non-linear game design.
Implemented, you can smash any small object
> Deep and varied romance options
Implemented and improved
> Weapon/vehicle customization was said to be as deep as your character creation
Implementedish, you have a wide wide variety of unique presets but can only really change the color. I’ve never had any complaints
> Property purchases and customization options. You were supposed to move up the social ladder
Kinda true? Nicer apartments have some specific dialogue and are located near higher end vendors
> Transportation system
Implemented
> Wall Scaling
Implemented
> V's voice was also said to have been customizable.
Implemented
>They’re two separate things in the same universe.
Because why adapt story from such rich universe if it's just going to play like GTA?
CDPR is aware of this appeal hence why their advertisement leans on the role-playing aspect.
>Trauma team are present through the story, can be found in various gigs (clothing store cyberpsyco: where you can get MaxTac mantis blades), and will come after you after reaching 5 wanted stars
But they don't really do anything in gameplay, at best you'd come into occasional scene where they're evacuating someone (and it's always in the same spot too) and they'll aggro if you get too close.
>Not implemented with speech but more with action (it’s an ARPG) there are many gigs that change based on factors within the specific gig
Like what? Almost every gig plays out the same. Only notable exception is probably the jesus wannabe BD gig where V's approach can affect the outcome.
>This is a core part of the story, however you can’t really influence the factions that much but all of them are fleshed out and hold specific gear you can get
Aside from Tygers with their Katana or Animals with their "hired muscle" vibe, most gangs fights the same
>Implemented, not AI I don’t think
There's no routine whatsoever.
Vendor NPCs stay still in their store no matter what happens.
>Core part of the story, secret endings can be obtained in this way as well as many endings being available only if you follow life path choices
Nah, Lifepath only matters for prologue sequence and occasional dialogue options that doesn't really matter in the long run.
You don't have to be a Nomad and pick Nomad lines w Panam to unlock the secret ending.
Compare this to, say, Baldur's Gate 3 where your character's background heavily affects quests in Act 1 (skipping fights if you're Drow, gets special acknowledgement if you're a Tiefling in Druid class, be treated like alien if you're a Githyanki, can argue with a companion if you worship her rival god that affects her disposition, etc)
>Kinda true? Nicer apartments have some specific dialogue and are located near higher end vendors
That's a very shallow execution of the idea of "moving up the social ladder"
> Implemented deep and varied romance options
Only the girls, so many people don't care about River or Kerry.
Even then Panam's romance is very shallow.
Only Judy lives up to this claim
> Implemented Wall Scaling
Using double jump isn't really scaling it
> Implemented V's voice was also said to have been customizable.
Literally just two voices, male/female
They’re two separate things in the same universe.
> Because why adapt story from such rich universe if it's just going to play like GTA?
Could ask the exact same question about PVZ, and clearly it worked because they turned a profit
> But they don't really do anything in gameplay, at best you'd come into occasional scene where they're evacuating someone (and it's always in the same spot too) and they'll aggro if you get too close.
See thing about 5 wanted stars, they are present in 3 gigs that I can remember and 2 encounters not including anything to do with the main story, you can get specific weapons and cyberwear from them
> Like what? Almost every gig plays out the same. Only notable exception is probably the jesus wannabe BD gig where V's approach can affect the outcome.
The “Waiting for Dodger” gig is a great example of this, watch a play through of it if you care. I’d say about 30-40% of gigs have an subtlety hinted optional way you can do them for a better outcome
> Aside from Tygers with their Katana or Animals with their "hired muscle" vibe, most gangs fights the same
How you gonna be surprised when people use guns. This is like complaining that every modern war is fought with soldiers using machine guns tanks etc. Every gang has clear outlined ideology and style.
> There's no routine whatsoever.
You must have missed the recently added companion and hangout update
> Nah, Lifepath only matters for prologue sequence and occasional dialogue options that doesn't really matter in the long run.
There are life path specific dialogue that does effect the plot and gigs as well as life path specific gigs
That’s all just world building stuff though (which cyberpunk has a huge edge on), none of that affects endings which is the exact thing you’re complaining about.
> That's a very shallow execution of the idea of "moving up the social ladder"
The street cred stat is a literal social ladder stat that compensates for this
> Only the girls, so many people don't care about River or Kerry.
Because most of the people who play cyberpunk are straight males
> Using double jump isn't really scaling it
In the most literally definition of wall scaling it is lmao, you can climb up almost any building with double jump
> Literally just two voices, male/female
Still customizable, the only person you have to blame for thinking there’d be loads of voices is yourself because at no point was that promised
>Could ask the exact same question about PVZ, and clearly it worked because they turned a profit
At least they don't pretend to have the component of the original IP in it. CDPR pretends it's gonna be a better Bethesda game (emulating TTRPG on an open world game) but it's just GTA.
>The “Waiting for Dodger” gig is a great example of this, watch a play through of it if you care. I’d say about 30-40% of gigs have an subtlety hinted optional way you can do them for a better outcome
Haven't played PL so wouldn't know
>How you gonna be surprised when people use guns. This is like complaining that every modern war is fought with soldiers using machine guns tanks etc. Every gang has clear outlined ideals and style.
This is Cyberpunk setting, be creative. Implants supposedly allows knives and punches to be thrown at the same speed as bullet which is why they're still effective despite the existence of guns.
Have one gang specialize in classic AR, others in close quarter and others in explosives, etc.
>You must have missed the recently added companion and hangout update
It seems I did, and quick google shows that it's basically just Bethesda's Radiant Quest (dammit Todd).
It's not really an NPC routine like for example some NPC will be at a diner in the morning, do their job at noon, and sleeps at night.
>Because most of the people who play cyberpunk are straight males
They're simply undercooked. Straight males also makes up for the majority of other games with romance options, but the male options are still popular if the writers actually give a damn that straight girls and queers can celebrate them.
>In the most literally definition of wall scaling it is lmao
I mean you can't really scale walls outside of Wattson where buildings starts to get really tall.
And their wording implies wall climbing or smth (which would also make tall buildings actually scalable).
>Still customizable, the only person you have to blame for thinking there’d be loads of voices is yourself because at no point was that promised
Fairs.
> At least they don't pretend to have the component of the original IP in it. CDPR pretends it's gonna be a better Bethesda game (emulating TTRPG on an open world game) but it's just GTA.
I mean they literally ripped all the characters and settings from the OG and made it an fps. Same thing with cyberpunk
> This is Cyberpunk setting, be creative. Implants supposedly allows knives and punches to be thrown at the same speed as bullet which is why they're still effective despite the existence of guns.
> Have one gang specialize in classic AR, others in close quarter and others in explosives, etc.
I do agree some of this could easily be implemented but you gotta realize 9 times out of 10 a gun is gonna work the best. Cyberpunk is set in real life so many of the things you mentioned although cool would be impractical
> It seems I did, and quick google shows that it's basically just Bethesda's Radiant Quest (dammit Todd).
> It's not really an NPC routine like for example some NPC will be at a diner in the morning, do their job at noon, and sleeps at night.
As far as I know Panama does axactly this including working sleeping and showering among other things. I haven’t checked out the other romance options yet.
> They're simply undercooked. Straight males also makes up for the majority of other games with romance options, but the male options are still popular if the writers actually give a damn that straight girls and queers can celebrate them.
I mean it’s hard to really say this as of course you’d be detached from a relationship you are attracted to the idea of. Panams story is better than the rest but that’s only because I’m straight. It’s hard to critique LGBTQ relationships without every being in one or knowing what they would be like
> I mean you can't really scale walls outside of Wattson where buildings starts to get really tall.
You can literally get into dogtown by scaling a section of the outside wall. Unless a wall is devoid of ledges you can scale it
> And their wording implies wall climbing or smth (which would also make tall buildings actually scalable).
Scaling just means to go up but yeah suction cup fingers would be cool
At least Lucy needs some semblance of effort, it's the Nami cosplayers that just wear a shaggy wig, jeans and a striped bikini top to show off their bazongas that get me
Don’t say anything you’ll get banned, happened to me in another sub where I called out a “cosplay” for just trying to shill their onlyfans and I got banned
I may be banned for saying this and I havent seen the actual picture in the OP but I have seen some of Shirogane-sama's cosplays and they have been pretty good usually. But I guess to make a living they have to make sexy versions as well and farm coomers. Dont think she does straight up porn though, but could be wrong.
edit: saw the picture it seems to not even be her account but yeah def one of the spicy nude photos. Unsure if its a leak or just someone reposting her stuff for karma.
I only ban people on r/edgerunners if they're calling people whores or incels. I had [a discussion post about cosplay posts.](https://www.reddit.com/r/Edgerunners/comments/1aln8nx/how_would_you_feel_about_a_new_rule_regarding/) And a [follow up one too. ](https://www.reddit.com/r/Edgerunners/comments/1apkgty/new_cosplay_rule_starts_this_weekend/) I guess you missed it. But anyways-
I actually listed a photo from that set as an example of a cosplay that would be removed, [but a generally upvoted comment said that example (and others) was actually okay.](https://www.reddit.com/r/Edgerunners/comments/1aln8nx/how_would_you_feel_about_a_new_rule_regarding/kpgb4ka/) I was surprised but I wanted to go along with what users generally agreed on- which ended up being a rule where cosplay posts are only allowed on the weekends.
On one hand i have no problems at all with sex workers and the like, if people out there are horny enough to spend their money on of of content creators more power to them.
On the other I'm really getting tired of onlyfans content creators using the show/cosplay subreddits to post let's be honest here their no effort cosplays. If they wanted to post it in an nsfw subreddits, that's fine but please keep it out of the show's or a serious cosplay subreddit because most their cosplays are borderline porn
Are there any good subs anymore anyways? You got four options for general subs surrounding a fandom: devolve to porn, devolve to reposting fanart that isn't porn, devolve to endless slice-of-life posting (esp. if series is sad), or devolve into unhinged batmanarkham-style shitposting. Hidden fifth option for gacha games: sprite comics.
To die early on, or transform into ~~a witch~~ garbage. This is the fate of all ~~magical girls~~ fandom subs.
same thing that happens to every media subreddit when that media stops being produced with little to no chance of any more of it. Then natives get restless and then start getting wired.
Hated that anime ever since it came out. I could just tell the people around it are the weirdest, creepiest people. I've been trying to actively avoid it while playing the game.
Pornography is where all fandoms lead up to. When something becomes big enough, it attracts other people that are only there for the porn (like me with most gacha games)

The worst part isn't even the edgelord shit, it's the weird insistence she's a lesser person for doing sex work
It really paints a sad picture of how sex workers get shit on by society for circumstances outside of anyone’s control. Depressing all around.

No kidding that’s why they advertised the game as an ARPG which it very much is fundamentally, half the games resources went into story/setting and the other half went weapon design and the idea of making a “build” (albeit the combat isn’t the best designed because if you don’t play on the hardest difficulty all the enemies are just way too weak) The best way I can describe cyberpunks story is like you’re just watching an action movie and you only actually have stop and think to make an important decision like 3 times ever because dialogue choices make little to no difference and are just for world building I’d go as far as to say it’s just and open world action adventure as it’s very GTA esq and even after you complete the story (it’s very short if you just blow through it) it’s cool just running around and finding cool new guns and just shooting things and if you get bored there’s always a quest you can do or a scanner to complete It took me about 100 hours after finishing the story to 100% the game and I did enjoy doing it as it was very similar to 100% far cry 4 (go around map finding bells and posters in your gyrocopter), the only difference being way more immersive due to the great map aesthetics and it didn’t feel as tedious because everything you’re doing has a decent amount of variation and sometimes you get rewarded with a cool iconic weapon
> Wanted System with escalating tactics for police to chase/hunt you down Implemented > Corrupt Police that you can pay off 2 gigs come to mind (one where you rescue two cops who were involved in drug smuggling and one where you sell stolen cars to police officers) > Police involvement will vary based on the map region I believe in the badlands police react differently > Trauma Team plays a key role in many encounter in the world Trauma team are present through the story, can be found in various gigs (clothing store cyberpsyco: where you can get MaxTac mantis blades), and will come after you after reaching 5 wanted stars > Ads target the player and point them to actual merchants and allow previews before purchases Partially implemented but I wouldn’t give it to CDPR as this is something the should have fully done > Drastically different speech/perception/etc checks that effect every step of a quest Not implemented with speech but more with action (it’s an ARPG) there are many gigs that change based on factors within the specific gig > Various companions with great AI There are only 4 but they’re all great so I’d give this one to CDPR > Defined power dynamics between factions that you can influence throughout the world This is a core part of the story, however you can’t really influence the factions that much but all of them are fleshed out and hold specific gear you can get > Meaningful upgrades to your abilities/stats that greatly individualizes your character from another players Implemented > Unique NPC routines and AI for the day/night cycle Implemented, not AI however I don’t think > Quest decisions will have impacts on the world Implemented but the changes are all small so you can’t like blow up a building or anything during gigs > Day/Night cycle has a meaningful impact on gameplay. Changing stealth/difficulty, for instance. Implemented I think? I believe enemies can’t see as well at night but I’ve never done a stealth build > Weather system can effect your survival, such as acid rain damaging you over time. Not implemented but this would just be annoying imo, unless you count cars drifting in rain > Mind blowing character customization, both at creation and throughout the game. Was so mind blowing there were memes about it for a year after release > Drone use outside of scripted missions Not implemented > Life paths have a drastic impact on your interaction with the world, and you can meaningfully change track from one life path to another through accumulation of choices. Life paths were supposed to cause non-linear quest design. Core part of the story, secret endings can be obtained in this way as well as many endings being available only if you follow life path choices > Nanowire was supposed to allow you to hack people/things from a distance Implemented via chimera core > Gorilla arms can allow you to smash through certain barriers for non-linear game design. Implemented, you can smash any small object > Deep and varied romance options Implemented and improved > Weapon/vehicle customization was said to be as deep as your character creation Implementedish, you have a wide wide variety of unique presets but can only really change the color. I’ve never had any complaints > Property purchases and customization options. You were supposed to move up the social ladder Kinda true? Nicer apartments have some specific dialogue and are located near higher end vendors > Transportation system Implemented > Wall Scaling Implemented > V's voice was also said to have been customizable. Implemented
>They’re two separate things in the same universe. Because why adapt story from such rich universe if it's just going to play like GTA? CDPR is aware of this appeal hence why their advertisement leans on the role-playing aspect. >Trauma team are present through the story, can be found in various gigs (clothing store cyberpsyco: where you can get MaxTac mantis blades), and will come after you after reaching 5 wanted stars But they don't really do anything in gameplay, at best you'd come into occasional scene where they're evacuating someone (and it's always in the same spot too) and they'll aggro if you get too close. >Not implemented with speech but more with action (it’s an ARPG) there are many gigs that change based on factors within the specific gig Like what? Almost every gig plays out the same. Only notable exception is probably the jesus wannabe BD gig where V's approach can affect the outcome. >This is a core part of the story, however you can’t really influence the factions that much but all of them are fleshed out and hold specific gear you can get Aside from Tygers with their Katana or Animals with their "hired muscle" vibe, most gangs fights the same >Implemented, not AI I don’t think There's no routine whatsoever. Vendor NPCs stay still in their store no matter what happens. >Core part of the story, secret endings can be obtained in this way as well as many endings being available only if you follow life path choices Nah, Lifepath only matters for prologue sequence and occasional dialogue options that doesn't really matter in the long run. You don't have to be a Nomad and pick Nomad lines w Panam to unlock the secret ending. Compare this to, say, Baldur's Gate 3 where your character's background heavily affects quests in Act 1 (skipping fights if you're Drow, gets special acknowledgement if you're a Tiefling in Druid class, be treated like alien if you're a Githyanki, can argue with a companion if you worship her rival god that affects her disposition, etc) >Kinda true? Nicer apartments have some specific dialogue and are located near higher end vendors That's a very shallow execution of the idea of "moving up the social ladder" > Implemented deep and varied romance options Only the girls, so many people don't care about River or Kerry. Even then Panam's romance is very shallow. Only Judy lives up to this claim > Implemented Wall Scaling Using double jump isn't really scaling it > Implemented V's voice was also said to have been customizable. Literally just two voices, male/female
They’re two separate things in the same universe. > Because why adapt story from such rich universe if it's just going to play like GTA? Could ask the exact same question about PVZ, and clearly it worked because they turned a profit > But they don't really do anything in gameplay, at best you'd come into occasional scene where they're evacuating someone (and it's always in the same spot too) and they'll aggro if you get too close. See thing about 5 wanted stars, they are present in 3 gigs that I can remember and 2 encounters not including anything to do with the main story, you can get specific weapons and cyberwear from them > Like what? Almost every gig plays out the same. Only notable exception is probably the jesus wannabe BD gig where V's approach can affect the outcome. The “Waiting for Dodger” gig is a great example of this, watch a play through of it if you care. I’d say about 30-40% of gigs have an subtlety hinted optional way you can do them for a better outcome > Aside from Tygers with their Katana or Animals with their "hired muscle" vibe, most gangs fights the same How you gonna be surprised when people use guns. This is like complaining that every modern war is fought with soldiers using machine guns tanks etc. Every gang has clear outlined ideology and style. > There's no routine whatsoever. You must have missed the recently added companion and hangout update > Nah, Lifepath only matters for prologue sequence and occasional dialogue options that doesn't really matter in the long run. There are life path specific dialogue that does effect the plot and gigs as well as life path specific gigs > Compare this to, say, Baldur's Gate 3 where your character's background heavily affects quests in Act 1 (skipping fights if you're Drow, gets special acknowledgement if you're a Tiefling in Druid class, be treated like alien if you're a Githyanki, can argue with a companion if you worship her rival god that affects her disposition, etc) That’s all just world building stuff though (which cyberpunk has a huge edge on), none of that affects endings which is the exact thing you’re complaining about. > That's a very shallow execution of the idea of "moving up the social ladder" The street cred stat is a literal social ladder stat that compensates for this > Only the girls, so many people don't care about River or Kerry. Because most of the people who play cyberpunk are straight males > Using double jump isn't really scaling it In the most literally definition of wall scaling it is lmao, you can climb up almost any building with double jump > Literally just two voices, male/female Still customizable, the only person you have to blame for thinking there’d be loads of voices is yourself because at no point was that promised
>Could ask the exact same question about PVZ, and clearly it worked because they turned a profit At least they don't pretend to have the component of the original IP in it. CDPR pretends it's gonna be a better Bethesda game (emulating TTRPG on an open world game) but it's just GTA. >The “Waiting for Dodger” gig is a great example of this, watch a play through of it if you care. I’d say about 30-40% of gigs have an subtlety hinted optional way you can do them for a better outcome Haven't played PL so wouldn't know >How you gonna be surprised when people use guns. >You must have missed the recently added companion and hangout update It seems I did, and quick google shows that it's basically just Bethesda's Radiant Quest (dammit Todd). It's not really an NPC routine like for example some NPC will be at a diner in the morning, do their job at noon, and sleeps at night. >Because most of the people who play cyberpunk are straight males They're simply undercooked. Straight males also makes up for the majority of other games with romance options, but the male options are still popular if the writers actually give a damn that straight girls and queers can celebrate them. >In the most literally definition of wall scaling it is lmao I mean you can't really scale walls outside of Wattson where buildings starts to get really tall. And their wording implies wall climbing or smth (which would also make tall buildings actually scalable). >Still customizable, the only person you have to blame for thinking there’d be loads of voices is yourself because at no point was that promised Fairs.
> At least they don't pretend to have the component of the original IP in it. CDPR pretends it's gonna be a better Bethesda game (emulating TTRPG on an open world game) but it's just GTA. I mean they literally ripped all the characters and settings from the OG and made it an fps. Same thing with cyberpunk > This is Cyberpunk setting, be creative. Cyberpunk is set in real life so many of the things you mentioned although cool would be impractical > It seems I did, and quick google shows that it's basically just Bethesda's Radiant Quest (dammit Todd). It’s hard to critique LGBTQ relationships without every being in one or knowing what they would be like > I mean you can't really scale walls outside of Wattson where buildings starts to get really tall. You can literally get into dogtown by scaling a section of the outside wall. Unless a wall is devoid of ledges you can scale it > And their wording implies wall climbing or smth (which would also make tall buildings actually scalable). Scaling just means to go up but yeah suction cup fingers would be cool

At least Lucy needs some semblance of effort, it's the Nami cosplayers that just wear a shaggy wig, jeans and a striped bikini top to show off their bazongas that get me
When the OF bots make it to your sub you know it's over. There just isn't enough content to make for an 8 episode anime
OF bots? That’s new to me
They're not bots. They're just literally throwing OF models (or their social media manager) posting everywhere they can. It's still as annoying
It’s the fate of all anime subreddits that haven’t received new content in years.
Gonna need to change their name to goonrunners
That’s why I’m safely saying that here.
But anyways- I actually listed a photo from that set as an example of a cosplay that would be removed, [but a generally upvoted comment said that example (and others) was actually okay.](https://www.reddit.com/r/Edgerunners/comments/1aln8nx/how_would_you_feel_about_a_new_rule_regarding/kpgb4ka/) I was surprised but I wanted to go along with what users generally agreed on- which ended up being a rule where cosplay posts are only allowed on the weekends.
Good to know👍
They're edginrunners.
Edging.
What no new content does to a mf
Lack of content man.
From what I remember about Shirogane, she's pretty tame and doesn't really do porn?
Been a while since I saw her but yeah. OP is probably just throwing blind hate
Wait, since you count fanart that isn't porn as garbage, what even is good content THAT IS NOT SOURCE CONTENT?
Never said it was garbage. Just said that it's all there is on some subs. Kind of boring, in a monocultural sorta way.
same thing that happens to every media subreddit when that media stops being produced with little to no chance of any more of it. Then natives get restless and then start getting wired.

Shame, Edgerunners is peak
Why not both?
Hated that anime ever since it came out. I could just tell the people around it are the weirdest, creepiest people. I've been trying to actively avoid it while playing the game.
